When I saw a 7.7 rating a read overall review I was prepared to be disappointed, but in fact I was pleasantly suppressed. Yes, this is quite an old hotel, but the price was more that reasonable in comparison for example with 240€ per night in an airport hotel in Istanbul. The hotel is located within 10 minute bus shuttle ride from the airport, that runs every 30 Min. The personal is extremely nice and helpful. Room is exceptionally clean. Comfortable beds. Cotton kimonos were a nice touch. Nice gym and a 25 m swimming pool at an extra charge of 10€. There is also a steam room and onsen with complimentary beauty products. Room service is reasonably priced. I had Japanese curry, it was very good. There is also a 7/11 store in the hotel where it is possible to buy snacks and other goods. Breakfast was modest, but good quality, mostly Asian, which I liked very much, but there were also European options like eggs, cereals, toasts, cheese and charcuterie. Overall I had a very pleasant stay of 1 night

As we were in Japan we were expecting a small room. However, our room was much larger than expected, spacious, nicely appointed and quite modern. Nice updated bathroom. The shuttle worked perfectly for our needs. We couldn't make a transfer flight and needed to stay near the airport for a next day flight and this airport hotel was perfect. The shuttle worked perfectly for our needs back and forth to the airport. The shuttle runs regularly and they seem to stick to the schedule. The reception staff were friendly, professional and very helpful.

We ate in the restaurant twice and found the service to be exceptionally slow. However the quality of the food for dinner was excellent. The breakfast buffet was included and although they tried to create a balance of asian food and western options it didn't quite meet the mark. We found the western options very limited and unappealing.

Airport shuttle service is wonderful. The room is clean. The staffs are very polite & patient to asked my questions.

The breakfast and dinner doesn’t look good. Also, the pillows are not comfortable. So, I couldn’t sleep. One more things to make me unhappy and confused. because the staff asked to pay for my stay, I thought that Book.com has been charged a my credit card. However, the staff said they won’t get pay and don’t have connection with Book.com. Hotel Narita insisted me need to pay. So, I paid $17,522 JPY. Could you please check if it’s an error. Perfect location, great gym and pool facilities. The bar was very comfortable and a nice place to relax.

When we made a dinner reservation we thought it would be in a nice restaurant setting however it was in a cafeteria style seating area with families and kids all over the place doing self service. The hot food was actually cold and limited. There was food on the floor and the wine options were poor.

The hotel is well located close to the Narita airport and ideal if you plan to have a stay near the airport for logistics reasons. Our room was also surprisingly calm - the windows didn't let through any noises from outside and the floor carpets also did a great job. I was positively surprised by how new, modern and clean the overall hotel looked. Pictures of the building exterior and the close distance to the airport lowered my expectations. The shuttle to the airport is also very convenient.

If coming/leaving with your own car the surrounding streets and routes are very confusing - this is has nothing to do with the hotel but it is a watchout for other people arriving with their own car.

Location is ideal for quick turn around flights. Shuttle is convenient. Breakfast buffet has omelet station. Staff are well conversant in English. Room was comfortable and quiet. Husband enjoyed very much the fitness centre and full length lap pool. Did an enjoyable walk in the neighbourhood which was quite pleasant.

This is the one stop before the flight that's all it is. The room was great, clean and tidy. And a perfect location with the shuttle bus to catch an early or late flight. But don't expect everything else to be the same as a normal Hilton.

Swimming pool and gym charge. The food was sub par compared to other Hilton's. But guess it's for the weiry traveler being the location it is in

We stayed here for one evening as we had a very early flight the next day. Hotel is perfect, staff wonderful - there is a 7/11 on site which was perfect for a last minute egg sando run, and some additional sweets and gifts. Room was as expected, perhaps a little dated, could do with some more plugs by the actual bedside, but all in all perfect for what we needed. Shuttle next day arrived to collect us and drop off at the correct terminal, very stress free and wonderful stay.

Rooms slightly dated, but great all round room.

The free shuttle and the space of the room is great. Had a great accessible room (maybe a little narrow and not fully accessible toilet pending how to need to access it). Hotel staff are really lovely. Mini convenience store in the lobby.

Mouldy shower curtin was a bit of a turn off. Have to pay to use the pool and gym! Only buffet restaurant open now. All the other restaurants are shut. Air-conditioning was quite warm and we couldn't get the room "cold" like other hotels Buffet dinner is expensive and limited food in general compared to another time i've stayed at this hotel. The shuttle to the local shopping centre (aeon) is very limited and I'd missed by 5 mins so had to get a taxi which cost 2000 yen. (getting back in a taxi is also a little hard as not many seem to wait at the shopping centre for you)
