I had a wonderful breakfast with excellent service from the staff. Everything was well-prepared, and the team’s friendliness made the experience even better. Highly recommend

I do not have anything against the hotel

We are vegetarian family. When we asked, they arranged special hot special breakfast for both mornings in addition to normal buffet breakfast. Very caring and courteous staff and management present there. Beautiful spa and swimming pool.

Our young children were disappointed that in gaming room everything including basic games were charged. We had car during our stay there. For people who wants to use public transport, it might not be very convenient location.

Bursa Hilton hotel was nice and clean. The stuff was very helpful. Rooms are big, spacious and clean. The pool was nice and the SPA facilities were amazing.

The mattress was quite old and had a noticeable dip in the middle, which made it uncomfortable to sleep on. The hotel is not very near the city center.

All aspects of the hotel were impressive. Private underground parking, impressive Atrium, spacious rooms, luxury bathroom and helpful staff.

Although the hotel is located in a quiet area it is quite far from the main attractions of Bursa. If it was a little closer then it would be ideal.

Beautiful new hotel. One specific charismatic concierge member was exceptional.

The Checkin guy was extremely unhappy and rude. Turkish hotel staff has got to learn how to put on a happy and professional face when greeting customers

Friendly Staff , excellent breakfast

The room was not clean from the previous residents, and it was not cleaned well, and there were some previous remains in the room, and it was not removed and cleaned, and I have pictures before using the room. If you want i will send it

Great services and staff

Breakfast was below average in comparison to other hotels or normal Turkish restaurants. However, the services and staff were amazing.

It really is a wonderful hotel. I visit Bursa 3 times a year for a long time and have stayed in many hotels, but this hotel has no equal in Bursa. I do not miss to thank all the staff at the breakfast restaurant for the magnificence of what they gave us.

The spa and Turkish Hammam were too expensive. I didn't take them.
