Breakfast was amazing, very well executed with much variety and fresh. Very much worth the price. Everyone from staff was very helpful, and professional.

There were some upgrades getting done externally in the property so there was a bit of debris. I would recommend big trash cans. There were none in any corridor and or any locations. Rooms heating unit was not working properly. Other guest smoking in rooms, which filtered to my room in two consecutive nights.

Perfect location, a street away from the beach. Friendly staff and clean room and facilities. Very nice hotel.

Room preparation was on time but not early which would have been excellent.

Great location for what we wanted, ie somewhere we could relax with seaviews and beach access, but also with reasonable access to the city. Platja de la Mar Bella is a great beach with lots of beach side dining options, plus is excellent for walking/running/working out The hotel has a small pool and deck with a bar which was great, and the fitness centre which is open 24hrs is well equipped as well. Staff were friendly and helpful and we were upgraded to a deluxe room which was nice. Bathroom had the usual toiletries (not little bottles) and hairdryer, lots of power points and the bedside lights were a really useful design. Plus, the bed was the comfiest (and biggest) we have had on our Euro trip so far and I loved the pillows (you can even order different types of pillows if you needed it)... I would rate them A++ Cannot comment as we did not have any meals in the hotel as there are many options outside including cafes for breakfast Would definitely re-book for a future visit to Barcelona.

Nothing, TV was hard to use but it was mainly in Spanish/Catalan so it didnt make a difference to our experience.

I really liked the location — it was nice and well situated. The room was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, and I especially appreciated the staff who handled the luggage — they were professional and very helpful.

I didn’t like the staff member who checked us in — he was rude and unwelcoming. I know his name but prefer not to mention it. When we got to the room, the key cards didn’t work, and we had to go back down using one of the only two slow elevators, which involved a long wait. Two elevators are definitely not enough for a 12-floor building. I also didn’t like the swimming pool — it was too small. On the day of checkout, we unfortunately encountered the same rude staff member again, who informed us that late checkout would cost 80 euros. While I understand this might be the hotel policy, it should be communicated politely and professionally — not in a dismissive or mocking tone

I really liked the close proximity of the beach, the amazing room, very comfortable and clean, and gorgeous sea view! I also liked the lobby bar where I was able to eat late. The hotel gym was perfect, cool, and a great sauna, salt sauna and steam room always available and empty. I also really enjoyed going to the pool lounge bar for a coffee or drinks, and was always so happy when MARCOS would be working. Coming from the Dominican Republic, Marcos brought a vibrant and energetic vibe that was contagious and brought a smile to everyone’s face 😃 Truly a joyous and hardworking man with a heart of gold! 💛 Definitely a reason why I would come back to visit one day! I will miss him and the beautiful vacation at this hotel. The daily breakfast was delicious! Fresh made omelettes made right infront of you by chefs, toast, baguettes, mini hotdogs, bacon, tomatoes, cereal boxes, fruits, cheeses, pancakes, yoghurts, coffee/tea, sweet pastries, fresh orange juice, plenty to choose from and replenished all the way until the end. *Bonus: amazing that each room comes with a hand held clothes steamer!! Very practical and easy to use.

I wasn’t aware that the majority of the hotel’s occupants are LGBT’s, so I felt a bit out of place at first being a single heterosexual woman :) But in the end all worked out. I didn’t see or hear any disturbing misbehavior from anyone so that was respectful. I did not like that my room on the 8th floor, did not have a Smart tv, so I couldn’t use my Netflix account. Only floors from the 9th up have smart tv’s. But there were plenty of international channels to watch instead and I didn’t even end up watching much tv anyway. The smell is definitely there, but you kind of get used to it after.

I love that the property had great air conditioning, extremely welcoming staff, great location to the beach, but far enough away from the city center that it was quiet and peaceful most of the time. It was very simple to get taxis into the city center anytime of day or nightand they only cost about 10€ to 12€. I was also very impressed by the pool deck and the different types of saunas in the gym. Lastly, breakfast was superb every morning and I would highly recommend including it in your stay.

I cannot think of anything I truly didn’t like about the property. The only issue was that there were longer lines at the Front Desk during peak times. But it was not a big issue at all.

Ended our travels here for two nights. Wanted to be close to the beach and this location was a very quick walk. Enjoyed the pool deck to relax on the sunny afternoons. Short walk to El Problenau - charming area with lots of restaurants and shops. 10 min walk to Selva de mar metro station. 5 min walk to charming coffee shop Ombú Bcn Tostadores Cafeteria- great atmosphere , kind staff, and the best coffee! Excellent Gym and fitness center with everything you could need.

Room was a little stuffy, but eventually the AC relieved this.

The purpose of our stay was for our honeymoon. The staff was very nice and helpful, the room was as pictured, and we really enjoyed going to the lobby bar and pool area for cocktails and relaxation. On the first night of our stay, a staff member stopped by and gave us a champagne bucket which was very nice. The hotel is short walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and markets near by. We were able to walk a lot of places we wanted to go. It seems the price point is due to the convenient location.

The pool looked bigger than it is on the pictures online. The shower was very confusing to use and was often boiling hot despite the settings being on the cold side. The fridge was super nice to have while we were there, but there was no microwave to heat up leftover food we had. The television was also incredibly frustrating. We tried several times to use the ‘cast’ system to display movies we wanted to watch and it would disconnect several times during watching. We also paid for breakfast there once. They have a lot of options, I felt it was a little expensive for what is essentially a continental breakfast but that’s just my opinion (20 euros per person).

we were met in the lobby with a glass of cava while we queued for check in, then given a complimentary room upgrade to a deluxe room with sea view. the room was spacious, the view was stunning and the bed is EXQUISITE - so large and comfortable!! There is a rooftop pool and the hotel is just across the road from the beach. Staff always happy to help arrange taxis from the desk etc. I was spending my birthday there, which I didn't mention but they ask for your passport on check in so I guess an eagle-eyed member of staff noticed because there was a bottle of cava, a beautiful cake and very sweet note waiting for me when I got back that day! 10/10 would definitely go back.

It was one of the best vacations we've had so far. The staff was really polite and friendly, the room was always cleaned and very spacious (we even got an upgrade to a sea view room and it was really breathing to see the sunrise like that in the morning). The proximity to the beach is definitely a plus and being a bit further away from the centre of the town means it's really quiet all the time and you can have a moment to take in all the beauty around you. The fact that there are public transport stations really close is also a big plus. Also, for the people with allergies, the staff takes extra care so that there's plenty of food options to choose from even if you have restrictions. And if you have your flight early like we did, the staff is nice enough to pack you a pretty rich breakfast. I will encourage everyone to book their vacation here for sure!
