Location is great. Bathroom is good and very clean. Bed is comfortable. The room space is ok. Staff is very friendly. Lifts are tiny.

170EUR per night was super expensive. The hotel doesn't offer that much. It's just a small room. I understand the increase in the hotel prices is a global thing, still it doesn't reflect the worth. For 170EUR, you can have your 3 meals at top restaurants in Madrid. My room view was facing the building interior, which wasn't good. Less amount of sunlight and you cannot open your curtains if you value your privacy.

There was a bar/restaurant, so you could eat something once you arrived late or just grab a beer or have a drink. It was exactly what I wanted, and the staff and room were all good as well. Location pretty good to, Metro was close, oh and the breakfast was pretty good as well.

its not the most important thing, but you know always nice to have, the view was right at the small courtyard you could see the inside stairs on the other side, so i guess its lottery, and i lost that one, but its the end of the world, so if you can choose one with balcony.

Very good breakfast. A very comfy room, not that big but even not that small (it was really good for one person or a couple). I personally loved the shower, very good water pressure and temperature for a very hot Madrid during August. Getting to the hotel was also easy by using Metro (subway) and then just a couple of steps until the reception's door.

Very friendly staff; The room was clean and comfortable; The hotel is located nearby(5 mins walk) line 8 and 7; with direct bus (easy to navigate for foreigners) to the museum and main shopping centre. The area was quiet and safe too. The breakfast (though I would love to have more options) met the key expectations, with good fruit options, bread, hams and coffee & tea; I was travelling on my own, so pleased that they offer single room with reasonable price; Will definitely recommend this hotel

A well presented, clean & modern hotel. We travelled as a family group of 7, staying in 3 rooms, all different layout, but well presented. The standard double rooms didn’t have tea/coffee making facilities which is the only thing that let the room down. The price of food & drinks in the hotel restaurant was also very reasonable. We chose this location as it was close the Bernabéu, however, only a 15 min taxi to the centre of Madrid, also electric bikes & scooters readily available.

Very good breakfast with cold and hot choices and fruits, and drinks, but not fresh vegetables. Good restaurant for dinner in the Hotel with nice choice of dishes and good price and opened until 23.00.

We stayed in the first-floor room and the windows were closed and not possible to open. Also, the lighting in the room was not enough for me (I like to have more light). Also, no light from the windows, as they were closed and not possible to have any light from there.

Great hotel in a fantastic neighbourhood. Nice staff, modern rooms (at least in building B), really one of the best breakfasts I have enjoyed lately.

Bit expensive. All renovated but the windows in my room didn’t close well, so a bit noisy. A minor thing it’s to have to go out to the street in the morning to have breakfast if you’re not in the main building.

the room was big enough for me. There were shampoo and conditioner in the shower. There were also other bits like toothbrush which are a plus. The breakfast was continental but with an Spanish touch. The reception staff were really helpfull when I lost my room card. The hotel is in a nice area and quite close to a supermarket and the metro (less than 200 meters)

I had a room that was an inside one...so it was facing a fire stairs + all the air con tubes. It made the room quite dark and noisy. Also the fridge inside my room was making a buzzing that drove me crazy!

NH hotels are just simple, clean, practical, well serviced, hospitable, fair acomodations.

They could offer free mineral water in plastic recyclable bottles -NOT GLASS that might braak. Also, big bodies like me are not friendly with liquid soap, often not replenished in their containers....

It is probably the cheapest hotel in Madrid. It is clean, comfortable, great location in the posh Chamberí neighborhood. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Great bang for your buck.

The key kept getting deactivated and we couldn’t enter our room several times. I ended with four keys. I think it was an issue with the lock but it was quite annoying.
