Staff is friendly. Hygenic. Clean. All check boxes ticked. Comfortable stay.

Location. While it's close enough by car to everything since Amritsar is not very spread, but by Amritsar standard it's a bit out of main location. It's on the other side of Grand Trunk road, with everything worthwhile requiring crossing this major highway. Need a cab with you at all times to go anywhere Another thing, they refill RO water and put in room, which is good. But they somehow think it's good business to charge from the 3rd bottle onwards. That's absolute nonsense. It's unacceptable. You cannot charge for the only supply of drinking water in a hotel. It is also illegal.

This place is away from the crowd that you will find near Golden temple. It's not too far though. The room was clean and tidy. Entire property was clean and well taken care of. The staff was really good and helpful. I didn't have any bad experience in the whole of Punjab and this was no exception. Very good folks. The restaurant serves excellent food. Breakfast was included in the room tarriff and had excellent spread.

The hotel is really good. Very neat and clean. The breakfast buffet has many options to indulge in. Including South Indian, North Indian,as well as continental. The staff is very caring. Rest everything was good. Enjoyed our Stay.

But I didn't like the location of the hotel. It's adjoining some big drain, so as soon you go out, you can get foul smell. Also, the sambar seved was very sour.

We had a very nice stay in Fortune Ranjit Vihar hotel for 3 days. The room allotted to us was very neat and cosy. The in-house restaurant was also served variety of delicious food items for lunch and break fast. The front desk staff and room attendants were very humble

No napkin holder/hanger in the toilet. Electric switches layout was weird.

The variety of the items was impressive, however the service could definitely do with some improvements. The staff is very involved and always on hand to assist in any way feasible

The service is a a tad bit slow and disorganized. The seating is a slightly cramped and the place gets rather busy with guests descending down at the same time, of sorts.

The property was located near Amritsar airport, very close to Sri Harmandir Sahib. The staff very attentive, check in & out very quick. The restaurant service good and staff available to assist and recommend dishes Vishal & Pooja helpful at the restaurant.

Rooms without window and natural light. My kids didn’t like the rooms due to zero natural light. Customer experience / needs not prioritised.

Good parking in front of the hotel. Can see my car from the window. Room size was good. Washroom was great. Amenities provided were great. Service was good. Clean and hygienic room.
