Although the rooms were older, I really appreciated that all the basic amenities were taken care of (like the bathrooms, beds, table space and hot water) and that there were ample hangers and lots of space to hang out clothes and put our things comfortably. The rooms were also really clean and the hot water was working just fine—we could shower and enjoy soaking in the bathtub without the water running cold halfway through washing our hair, like in the hotel we were at just before. The hotel itself was very nicely located in a more peaceful part of Hanoi and next to a few nice restaurants, including local food, but not too far at all from the Old Quarter where most of the attractions are. The famous jazz bar is also just about 11 minutes’ walk from the hotel. We really appreciated the professionalism of all the staff. No one made disrespectful personal comments unlike in our previous location. Staff were clearly properly trained as employees who understood that they were working in a hotel and the people they were providing customer service to were guests. We have discovered that this is something we cannot take for granted, although it seems so basic.

Absolutely nothing!

A fantastic hotel, very close to the Hoàn Kiếm Lake (10 mints of walking only). The area around the hotel is full of perfect food options and shopping stuff. The rooms are very clean, and very quite which is a great thing for a business traveler. I want to thank Nguyen and Nhi for their support and professionalism, I really appreciate their effort.

The eggs and pho were freshly prepared at the booth. There were also fruits and pastries. Serves coffee and tea as well.

Nothing to complain about. It'd be great if they can provide the 2 water bottles in bigger sizes especially during the warm and humid days.

Staff is very polite and also they are very supportive. They allowed me for early check-in and late check out without any additional charges.

this was my third stay at Hilton Garden. Ut is comforting to walk out if your hotel and not struggle with scooters parked everywhere. The hotel is a short walk to Old Quarter. convenience store across the road and good eateries not far away

The location of the hotel was great. There were a few good restaurants around. The food places surrounding the hotel can cater to all types of travellers. Accommodating and friendly staff, clean rooms, and our room offered an excellent view of the city. Highly recommended.

Excellent breakfast with good English / American / Vietnamese/ "you name it" buffet. Great staff, great location at 20 min walk to old quarter and some phenomenal restaurants in the same block. Very comfortable bed and laundry and fitness room available. The hotel restaurant is also very good. I highly recommend.

Located slightly away from the hustle and bustle of the old quarter. Only a 15 min walk to old quarter main attractions. Great location and staff.

The staff are exemplary and the location is ideal, close to restaurants (bún chả Obama, chicken pho …) and street food vendors.

The suite room size which is very small for a suite. It’s much smaller than the suite in Melia hotel.
