Perfect location. Beautiful historic building. Wonderful supermarket in Pyrenees mall, which is best place to park. Plus 10% discount there and in whole mall from Hotel.
Parkinh on-site has 7-8 spaces and Very difficult to get into because it's down a steep incline and tight tight curves. Better to park 1 block away at Pyrenees.

The location is great! We didn't eat at the hotel but the restaurant was quite busy and the food looked good. With the windows closed you don't hear any noise from outside, our bedroom had a side view to the streets.
Parking is available, however its paid, and you need to reserve it. It cost 20 euro when we stayed. As the parking was already full when we arrived, we were told to park in the shopping mall, 5 minutes from the hotel, for the same price. The inconvenience is that, if you park at the mall, every time you leave, you need to pay.

The place is beautiful, settled in a great location, very good breakfast, room small but comfortable.
Despite different adjustment attempts by different people, the room had problems to maintaint an stable temperature, it was usually too warm. The front desk staff did seems a little confused about the parking on premises availability. Was necessary ask about it to different attendants in different times along the two first days, until got what I needed.

The property is located in the heart of Andorra la Vella and only a few seconds walk to the large Pyrenees shopping mall and all the other wonders of this city. The rooms are a bit sparse but the considering the price point, it’s an excellent value. The staff could not have been nicer and more helpful. There’s a full bar that has several different types of beer. There is also limited parking in the underground garage and several spaces are designated for motorcycles, which was very very helpful. I also appreciated the late check out of noon since I was able to do a bit of shopping in the morning after breakfast before I hit the road. The breakfast buffet was totally amazing so I will definitely be coming back to stay here again!
The was nothing not to like.

We booked the room on a road-trip, I am travelling with my father and noticed that we had gotten a double bed. We asked the receptionist if we could change to a twin bed room and got wonderful help, the room was even a bit bigger. We also got a 10% discount on a nearby mall and a reduced parking fee in the mall parking space. The mall had a great variety of things and was almost just across the the road from the hotel. We only stayed for 1 night to continue our trip but we really liked the hotel from what we experienced.
We had few things to dislike. My father is a bit heavy and the road to the hotel from the center is a bit sloped so he struggled a bit to walk up, but I had no issues 👍 Lots of traffic in Andorra La Vella, opening windows naturally gives in fumes and sound but it calms down during the night.

Very nice restaurant. Good breakfast.
The shower was too small, you can’t turn around or bend over in it. Parking is a challenge just to check in. You can’t park in their lot until after you check in. Then they want you to park in a garage at the mall. It’s on a small two way street so you can’t stop and let people and bags out. There is one spot for this and at check in and check out times there was always someone in it.

The hotel exceeded expectations and following were some elements of my stay that stood out: • The stone exterior of the hotel was aesthetically attractive • Immediately upon entering the hotel, I was impressed with the interior ambience, including the cleanliness, & marble flooring. It had the feel of a boutique hotel • My check in experience was easy and the front desk rep (Joseph) was outstanding and very helpful • As for my room: it was extremely clean, with ample space. The bed linens were exceptional, perhaps as high quality as I’ve experienced, even at a Ritz Carlton. The pillows were also excellent. • The hotel had a nice restaurant, as well, but I did not experience the food • It was only a 7-minute walk to the bus station I highly recommend this property, while commending ownership for operating the hotel to such high quality standards and with very reasonable pricing. Kudos also to Joseph at the front desk

Everything was great - especially the staff. Everyone was very kind and helpful. It was quiet and we had no issues with the facilities. The restaurant was amazing, had great food and drinks. Definitely recommend.
It seems to be difficult to find a place in Andorra to sit and have a coffee during lunchtime, and even the hotel restaurant "reserves" the tables on the terrace for people that will have lunch, so if you want to only have a drink you cannot. They do not make an exception for hotel guests which I believe they should.

Andorra la Vella is not the quite mountain village I expected. It is a thriving small city tucked between gorgeous mountains. As a duty free area it is crammed with shops mostly selling perfumes. The hotel is on one of the major roads near the old section of town. The streets are very busy and it is difficult to pull over to get to the hotel to check in if you are driving. They do have space for a few cars in their carpark on the property for @ €20.00/night. The room was sparse but very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was quite good.
They request that you not park in the garage prior to check in, but the street there is quite busy so difficult to pull in anywhere other than their parking garage.
