When it comes to access to the mountain, Ushuaia is the best. Directly next to the hotel is a 6 man Ski lift that takes you directly from the hotel to the Ski schools, restaurants and various Ski lifts for access around the entire Vallnord Pal-Arinsal Area. Additionally there is a ski run that stops at the side of the hotel meaning you can literally Ski back to the hotel. Transport links are also superb. The bus from Toulouse airport stops directly outside the hotel and the L7 bus which also stops at the bus stop outside the hotel make access to the rest of the town and to the Andorran capital Andorra la Vella convenient and easy. (Tickets cost around 4 Euro return). The hotel has a SANT MORITZ equipment rental store, outside, in essence in the basement which supplies everything you may need and is also part of the Arinsal.co.uk package for rental equipment. The hotel itself was excellent value for money. The rooms were spacious and minimalist, providing all the space we needed for our equipment. The rooms were incredibly clean, as was the bathroom, the hot water and pressure in the showers was excellent and the rooms were always warm with multiple radiators for drying equipment.

One complain would be the breakfast. During the beginning and mid week the breakfast buffet was a little lacklustre, possibility reflecting the reduced number of guests. At the weekend the options improved dramatically with shashuka, sausages and a full cooked breakfast on offer. However there was always a great spread of continental, warm food, fruit, cereal and pastries on offer. Additionally, the open layout meant that nay loud sounds in the central area were easily Hurd in all rooms. However, this was seldom an issue. Also, the convenience of mountain access comes at a slight cost. The town of Arinsal is around a 10 minuet walk from the hotel. I would highly recommend this as the food and drinks on offer in the town provide many more options than the hotel.

I had an excellent experience staying at this hotel! The location is perfect – right next to the ski lift! The view of the mountains is breathtaking, and the hotel offers free parking. The interior is modern, stylish, and beautifully designed. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly and on time every single day.

The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the breakfast – it felt too repetitive, with a rather limited selection. It didn’t quite match the high standard of the hotel. However, dinner was a completely different story – diverse and delicious! We also felt a little disappointed that for Valentine’s Day, the hotel wasn’t decorated, and there was no festive atmosphere at all. I understand that it’s hard to compete with a hotel of this level, but I believe that you always strive for excellence and will want to become even better! I’m sure we’ll see each other again!

Great location and easy access. Plenty of parking space, next to the skiing lift and ground floor ski rentals shop all very handy.

Was requested to pay extra 220 euro for my room as an Extra charge for my 13 years old even though it was only 50 Pounds extra on the Booking website. Was told by th member of staff because i contact the property directly i have to pay 220 euro. Disagreed and following a discussion with the manager the fee came down to 70 euros. Still had to spend half an hour for the negotiation and not very helpful following 2 hours flight from London to Barcelona and 3 hours drive from Barcelona to Arinsal

We loved the hotel! The location was great, very comfortable big rooms, the staff super friendly (thank you guys for being so hospitable), the food was good and lots of options to choose from and the breakfast was great. Our kids loved it and generally it was fantastic, we will be back!

Some gluten free bread would be great ☺️ and some bigger weights at the gym!

The workers were all absolutely exceptional! Sofia and the others (unfortunately did not get their names) always went above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay. I went the first day of the ski season and so not all options for breakfast was apparently available but what was there was really good and had a variety of options. The rooms were really large! Definitely exceeded my expectation and on top of that was SUPER clean. I was highly impressed. The service was definitely one of the best I have experienced and I will defiantly go to this hotel again

the bar area closes quite early. Before going to a meal and waiting for the rest of our friends we wanted to wait in the bar but was closed.

It’s really good location to go to the slopes, ski lift it’s right beside it. And there is a shop you can rent all the equipments for ski. I just got surprised when we had to pay for the sauna, it’s the hotel rules, but it was the first hotel in life that I had to pay to use the facilities.

Very comfortable with great views and facilities. The buffet breakfast was very good value and we made use of it everyday. Friendly staff and many ammenities. We got massages and they were amazing. Highly recommended.

Arinsal has to be the worst ski resort in Andorra. This has nothing to do with the hotel, but in terms of location I deducted a single star for this. Pal, however, was very fun and had slopes for all levels.

All is good Room is spacious, good facilities Good location next to ski lift. Rental on the ground floor. Parking outside is spacious and free Good breakfast and dinner - they serve fish and meant, various sides, desserts, fruits

Paying for the drinks at dinner We heard crying children from the neighbouring room (and they were very loud). But it can happen everywhere, not sure you need to blame the hotel. Ear plugs solve the problem

Location of the hotel is right by the chairlift so you can ski/board to the base. In relation to arinsal village the hotel is at the top of a steep enough hill but if you master the bus timetable that can be avoided. The staff here are the real deal. Just nice, courteous and helpful. Always a smile and a nod. Dora and Rio (not his name as it escapes me currently but i remember he said that is where he is from) were so pleasant and helpful. All the staff are but I had the most interactions with them. In the bar, I was observing the bar man (didn't get his name), who was just so good at dealing with the young kids running around the place. He treated them with respect and fun. It was very refreshing to see. You knew that it was genuine and in his nature/character. Dealing with the kids just came easy and natural to him.

The food in the buffet breakfast and restaurant was OK but I will admit I am a fussy eater so my opinion doesn't really carry much weight in this area (i am a very plain ,non adventurous eater). All the other guests seem to be happy enough though. The food in the bar was pretty good (burger and schnitzel). The smell in the room after the cleaning staff have been in is pretty weird. It's not bad just strange, like a mouldy disinfectant. Wouldn't put my off staying here at all just found it odd. Had kids knocking on my door and then doing a runner till it was there time to go to bad so I just returned the favour when they were trying to sleep...Good times but slightly awkward when there parents answered the door before I could get away......

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Walking only 30 meters to the ski piste was fantastic. Only 10 min walk (or 5 min drive) to Arinsal village with lots of nice bars and restaurants. Loved the spa and breakfast as well!
