Very friendly staff, perfect location for hiking (plenty of walks in the surrounding mountains), awesome breakfast, cosy hotel with a great spa (with sauna, hammam...), comfortable room

Quality of the evening meals was variable. Some dishes were excellent, others did not appear to be home made. Globally good though and with a menu that changes everyday. Ideal for a long stay.

Nice location by the river, nice terraces ( front and back by the river). Good breakfast. Comfy room.

We booked half board as I had read the food was good here and there are no restaurants in El Serrat ( apart from the ones in the other hotels) by the dinner was very disappointing: the beef was inedible (overcooked and bad quality) and the staff served the courses so quickly that if we’d not eaten very slowly, we would have been out of the restaurant in 30 min!

We received a very warm welcome. The staff were exceptional and provided service with a smile. Half-board worked well for us. Both the breakfast and evening meal, with options, were superb. Our room, with a balcony and views, was worth the additional cost. We will definitely be paying a return visit for skiing and in the summer for mountain activities. A wonderful first visit to Andorra.

There was nothing to dislike.

The room was great, really awesome premises, rooms good size, lovely atmosphere. Restaurant dinner meal was terrific value for money and breakfast was really great

We were very unhappy as fridge wasn't on and didnt get cold when they came to check it. Also only one staff member on when we arrived trying to do all check ins and the bar. Had to weight quite awhile

The room was small, but clean. We had a beautiful view on a mountain stream. The staff were very friendly and did their best to help us in English - which we appreciated. Breakfast was very good. Close to ski slopes.

Fine hotel close to hiking routes and ski areas, only downside is they don't include sauna/jaccuzzi in the price, is separate.

Location is five minutes drive from ski lifts. Half board plan is super convenient. SPA, service in restaurant, service in reception- everything was just perfect. Free parking, beautiful view. What else could a person need to enjoy the vacation? Muchas gracias por todo!

I would decrease little bit a heating inside the room. But I know this is usual for Spain, so no surprise. We opened a window at night to get more fresh air.

Very comfortable and relaxing accommodation high in the beautiful mountains of Andorra. Many rooms adjacent to a small river which sound will make you sleep and dream well like you never did 😴😉. Excellent breakfast.

El Serrat is not an interesting village but the surrounding nature is lovely.

The staff was friendly, breakfast had a nice variety, and we slept with the window open listening to the sound of the mountain stream...it was lovely.

The bathroom and shower were fine, but the room was tiny. We had to move out of each other's way to move across the room.

Everything was wonderful
