The room was spacious, bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and roomy too. Carpark was easy to access and get up to the room. All the staff were friendly and pleasant. We dined at the restaurant and were very impressed with the quality of the food. Although the menu was small, the food was delicious and there was enough choice for everyone. The price was also great - for both the restaurant and the room itself. The location next to the airport (literally) was perfect. We will be back.

It would be nice if the room was serviced daily. But the staff happily replaced towels upon request.

Hotel was great, check in staff were very helpful and courteous. Whoever runs the catering and bar staff side of the hotel, needs a major shake up, we ordered a cheese platter, it came with 9 small crackers, we asked for a few more as there was plenty of cheese left, we were charged $5.00 for 6 more crackers between the 2 of us. I’d asked for gravy for my chicken schnitzel they wouldn’t do gravy as it wasn’t on the menu with the chicken schnitzel meal. Also Saturday mornings breakfast dishes sat outside our rooms entry door the whole time were there, check out was Sunday, they were still there when we checked out. The bar staff were quite rude as well. We will stay there again but never eat or drink there.

Not a private bathroom and toilet. Feels like you’re doing your business in the bedroom.

We did arrive very late, although nothing was a problem, staff very helpful and check in was fast. Being late and not want to deal with glasses / phone and QR codes, I was disappointed that all hotel info was not in hardcopy in our room. Unfortunately we had no teaspoon for our coffee making in the morning either. Housekeeping does need to vacuum / dust in the sliding door tracks and windmill also please. One of the sliding doors to the bathroom also wouldn’t completely close either which isn’t great when 3 adults were sharing the room. Room is 333. Breakfast and coffee was SENSATIONAL and the staff really lovely. We’d definitely recommend and also stay again Kind regards Jane Anderson

3rd stay at Vibe Canberra. A comfy, cosy room - spacious. Quiet. Excellent breakfast - healthy options, and great coffee from the machine. Bathroom toiletries are lovely. The work station/desk in lobby was excellent and I utilised it for 2 hours whilst I was waiting. Checkout at 11am is generous.

Water out of standard shower head was weak and splattered all over the place (room 405), ended up having to use the waterfall shower which I don't prefer to use. All good though as the included toiletries were worth it.

The suite was beautiful. The kitchen had everything you need for a short stay such as full size ovenl, ceramic stove top, microwave, washing machine, dryer,coffee machine. The bathroom was spacious with a large shower and bath. The bedroom was large with plenty wardrobe storage and a TV. The lounge and dinning area was comfortable with a large TV, lounge, coffee table and dinning table and chairs. Close to Majura Shopping Centre, IKEA, Harris Farm Markets and much more. Large balcony with great views. Double glazed glass so minimal noise from the airport.

The bed was a little too firm for me but didn't cause discomfort once awake in the morning.

Staff- Reception, Bar & Waiting Staff. Fantastic an absolute credit to the hotel. Hotel Beautiful. Room was quiet and clean.

Bed was way too hard, pillows were too soft had no head support at all. Bathroom - 2 towels 1 was a bath sheet and the other was a bath towel (smaller). Milk in Refrigerate was not cold, not sure if the frig was working properly. It would have been nice to have had Lipton or Bushell's normally tea, as some people don't like the fancy teas. Dinner, we Ordered a pizza and garlic bread - Pizza was under cooked base doughy and garlic bread was cold.

First impressions were of a lovely ground floor with reception being welcoming and friendly. My room was 419. Was a little concerned it was near the lifts but in the room I heard nothing from those or from the open air area that looks down to the bar/relaxation area playing muted music or from neighbours. The air con was good, as was the bed and bathroom. However the bathroom is a little bit open styled which is fine for a single, a little more challenging for couples/friends. It is worth pointing out the “Foodary” at the servo next door has many snack options including a Subway although is not open 24/7. I appreciated the pod coffee machine in the room and the small carton of fresh milk in the fridge. I never ate here due to late arrival and early departure. Another handy feature is the flight hoard in reception to see the status of your flight. Check out was efficient and it is a short walk along a footpath to the airport. I was happy staying here and would be happy staying again in the future.

As I do not use pod coffee at home, some basic instructions would have been useful as I wasted a few pods before I figured it out.

The Breakfast was buffet style and included a cooked english breakfast, good selection of bread, yoghurts, cereals, muesli, fresh fruit, varied meats with cheese and smoked salmon. Good quality coffee and teas. Lunch and dinner menu is limited but adequate and reasonably priced. The staff were pleasant and helpful. A request to split the bed from king size to twin (as requested in my booking) on our arrival was dealt with immediately, although the debris under the beds should have been vacuumed too. Also the bathroom door would not close or lock and that too was dealt with by maintenance early the next morning. The hotel kindly allowed us to have a late check out, 1pm, as well as storing our cases until our flight, and at no charge. The open space lounge, fire pit and dining area is comfortable and the central located bar was staffed to ensure no wait time. The location is ideal alongside the airport and due to good window glazing the planes could barely be heard in our room. I will stay at The Vibe next time I am in Canberra.

The room was not warm despite having maintenance re-set the controls to a higher temperature. Our visit was in the middle of winter. I later set it higher to 38C, no difference. Didn't seem a problem when you are moving around packing, unpacking etc but during the night we placed our coats over the beds. Electric blankets or supply of duvet/blankets would have resolved this, in hindsight I should have requested a couple of blankets.

The design of this motel is incredible. It is an architectural masterpiece of style with its circular shape. The rooms have a very executive feel. The food at the restaurant is of a high standard. The staff were helpful and the location is so very convenient being in walking distance from the airport.. Well done.

The late check in times. These were a major difficulty for my entire trip having to wait some hours to simply get into a room, not ideal for a tired guest/traveler.
