Spacious family accommodation. We had a full kitchen, bathtub/shower and washing facilities in our room. Beds and linen were fresh, clean and comfortable. Heated indoor pool with gym equipment was a big hit our family and was well maintained. Rooms had balconies and a nice outlook from both sides. It was nice to be able to open windows for air flow as well as use air-conditioning for temperature. Located in center of Canberra on a quiet street, bedrooms and living area all had privacy curtains well as block out curtains. We slept really well and enjoyed our stay.

Would definitely stay again. During our visit, the outdoor pool facility with BBQ area was locked and unusable. Access to all rooms above ground level involves stairs or lift and then up to 100 metres walk along balcony with additional sets of 3 stairs along the way.

Great location, great communication when putting in requests. Friendly staff. Well kept grounds. Great sized rooms/apartment. Lots of privacy within the complex - you could barely tell there was anyone else there. Lift was quick and a nice touch with multiple trips to/from the room made it much easier.

Shower over the bath with multiple steps to get in/out was tricky, even as an able bodied person. Shower head tricky to manipulate, so meant having to lean back over a step in the bath - very awkward shower. Was lovely to have 2 pools, but the indoor pool needs a bit of TLC. Discolouring on the bottom makes it look unkept, but was perfectly fine to swim in and was a good temp. Area surrounding the indoor pool also dated with not a lot of space to just hang out by the pool.

The location was lovely, Ive not stayed in Kingston before and we found it to be very convenient with lots of choice for meals and supplies for a few days. It was an easy walk to the lake & its restaurants, and a quick easy drive to the Art Gallery. The apartment was comfortable and bedding was good. The area is very quiet and relaxed.

There were no champagne glasses and only 3 wine glasses - really not good enough for an apartment with bedding for 4. We only ate in once - a snack dinner after a lunch out, so didnt test the full kitchen facilities in our 3 day stay.

Comfortable, clean and spacious. Nice soft beds. Working reverse cycle A/C. Lots of kitchen utensils. Good little extras provided, including a mini carton of UHT milk in the fridge, tea bags and instant coffee, and some nice hand soap and moisturiser in the bathroom.

Wifi sadly didn’t work in the room. We only found out after hours, which meant it couldn’t be fixed until the next day. Indoor pool hours could be longer (it closes at 5:30). You might also hear noises from the neighbours - we were on the ground floor and could hear the kids upstairs stomping around early in the morning.

Location was perfect for what we wanted to do. Quiet yet walking distance from cafes, shops and markets. Lots of space. Secure undercover parking but most suitable for small to medium vehicles. Secure facilities.

There was scaffolding and building materials surrounding the apartments which we were not advised of at booking/confirmation. The air conditioner was only in the lounge and one bedroom of the 2 bed apartment and had no instructions so it was trial and error to work out that the one remote worked both units. The wifi seemed very slow even with only using 2 smartphones for normal browsing. Quite a walk from the lift to the apartment if you are transporting luggage.

The apartment was spacious and equipped with everything we needed. Travelling around Australia it was so nice to be able to totally relax, catch up on the washing and have a great base to exploring Canberra. The apartment was cosy warm especially as we left when it was -3 degrees. Didn't get to use the indoor pool, unfortunately but it looked very inviting. Great to have the car under cover and in a safe carpark.. Great pubs and superbarn within walking distance so perfect for dining and picking up supplies.

The kitchen had nearly everything, needed red wine glasses, a cheese knife and a knife sharpener for the knives already supplied. Luckily we travel with a few must haves so all was good.

The units are spacious and well designed, making the stay very comfortable. The apartment complex itself has a pleasant layout that adds to the overall experience. The reception staff were polite and friendly. This was my second stay here, and once again it lived up to expectations.

There are a few steps between the carpark and the unit. It wasn’t an issue for me, but just make sure it’s manageable for you as well.

Location. Nice outlook. Had most things you need. Good parking at a reasonable rate. Nice to have a verandah with opening doors. Practical and central.

The bathroom has an enormous spa bath, which requires climbing in and out of for showering. Water pressure was quite low, so it didn't really reach where you stand. But a hand-held shower head was provided. The bed was on the firm side for me. A cheap 5cm microfibre mattress topper could make all the difference.

We booked a one bedroom apartment as it was all we could afford for a weekend music festival for 4 of us, and we were just going to use our own blow-up mattress to make it work. It was the most beautiful suprise when we checked into our apartment it was actually a 2 bedroom. The beds where so incredibly comfortable, the place was so clean and modern, and because of how wonderful our experience was we will for sure return and stay at this wonderful place again thank you for your hospitality. The after hours access was easy. They even contacted us two hours beforehand to confirm if we would be arriving after hours. Great communication. Text me a map and confirmation details. Had everything we needed- full kitchen, fridge, over, microwave, toaster as well as a dinner table with chairs. Two bedrooms with king beds (or could have had one bedroom with two singles). Perfect for families.

There was a lift but it was a bit far from the lift and it still had a few couple stairs to get to our room. If you have a lot of luggage, a pram or wheelchair, be sure to tell them before you arrive so that they put you in a room close to the lift.
