Perfect location for my family’s needs and easy access to everything. Opposite park. Near shops. Near bus. Female staff member on site easy to deal with.

Difficulty pre check-in with timeliness of online and telephone messages being accessed by property. Unable to proceed with early remote check in arrangement even though we’d paid in full in advance. Property requires emailing of ID and credit card images and info pre check in to enable early check in, which we felt was highly risky to our personal security. One male staff member very difficult to deal with on the phone.

The kitchen was well supplied with appliances. There could have been a few more containers/ a jug/ foil and so on. Great to have a laundry, with even washing powder supplied The apartments are wonderfully central, restaurants in easy walking distance and all attractions in a few minutes drive.

The apartment was very clean, but when I went to sit on the patio, I found the seats and table badly needing a wipe down before they could be used. However there was nothing available but one Chux and one teatowel, and noone was at the Reception to ask for more. In fact, the lady at Reception was extremely friendly and helpful when we checked in, but she was never there again (when we looked) in three days.

Very spacious - in all the living/dining and bedroom areas; full size fridge, good air con unit. Dishwasher machine; easy to get more dishwasher powder from reception. Covered/shaded parking. Laundry facilities inside apartment. Comfortable seating in a variety of settings.

Not much! Would be nice to have mugs in addition to (or instead of) teacups, and the door to outside shut loudly if it was let go (top floor apartment made this less of an issue), and would be good to have a washing cloth that used friction to help clean dishes when washing dishes by hand. No DVD player (again, not a big issue, but the room info said there would be one so we brought some DVDs for our 4yo just in case). So not big issues, these were minor things in comparison to the big and comfortable space and facilities offered by these apartments.

The apartment was clean, tidy and very spacious. We didn’t feel cramped and our kids had plenty of room to move around. Had everything we needed. Also the carpets in the bedrooms were lush! So soft underfoot. Laundry inside the room was very handy and plenty of private parking was available. Easy to find and check in after hours was also easy. Enjoyable stay!

A bit noisy - could hear any loud noise from outside and neighbouring apartments. But our kids were also screaming, so we imagine they could be heard too! ;) Wasn’t a huge issue.

Comfortable beds, slept very well. Good size TV, comfortable sofa and chairs, full sized dining table with six chairs. Proper kitchen with full-sized fridge and stove (oven and 4 gas burners), microwave, toaster, kettle. Quite peaceful, didn't hear other guests at all. Nice view from the balcony. Full bathroom, also a laundry (although we didn't stay long enough to use it).

The only thing missing was a privacy lock on the bathroom; had to be sure to knock before entering.

We had a spacious 2 bedroom apartment for two of us so were able to use the second room as a dressing room and for luggage storage. Great location with shopping, restaurants, pub, cafes and Eastlake Football Club within easy walking distance. We enjoyed the ground floor apartment and wouldn't have liked to carry luggage to the 3rd floor.

We didn't see any sign of housekeeping during our 4 night stay

Very quiet. Clean. We were only there for a night but fully equipped kitchen and laundry there to use. It was very hot in Canberra but there was just one air conditioner for the two bedroom apartment so we had to leave the bedroom doors open. Bed on the hard side but that’s a preference. Reception very helpful regarding room choice. Ground floor courtyard lovely for a morning coffee.

Size of the apartment was excellent - very spacious. The shower pressure was strong. The bed was soft and comfortable. Linens and towels were good quality. The apartment, while a bit dated in its decor, and was very clean. didn't use the kitchen as we only stayed for one night.

Quality of the free shampoo/conditioner was not great. And only one small body wash tube was provided, which was used very quickly.

LIKE : friendly & helpful front desk staff , quiet environment surrounded with plants & bird chirping DISLIKE : Subtle stale smell in the premises when entered. Oven knobs are oily & stained with oil residue (brown & sticky) Short of cutlery & broken kitchen gadgets (not replaced) despite we booked & checked in as 4 guests.

Spacious, large kitchen, comfortable bedding, sofa bed, close to cbd, close to shops and restaurants, car parking.

We had a plumbing issue which stopped us from having hot water for 1 day but the staff quickly rectified issue by getting a plumber out the next day and organised a refund.
