My go to accommodation when visiting the Byron Shire. Clean, comfortable, small private outdoor seating area, basic but adequate kitchen facilities, great bed, fantastic salt water pool. Surrounded by excellent eating options including the pub, Spar supermarket with a great range of food and produce to stock the fridge and the best bakery in Byron doing excellent coffee The WiFi is patchy which affects the TV reception but a minor drawback.

Some of the room furniture had rips in seat and the close rack wood was broken. Even though didn’t use it, wasn’t best look. Also did originally book family room and was given a room with 1 double bed and 1 single which is fine and I was charged a cheaper price. Just don’t believe this was mentioned to me and only found out when we got there. No issues just have have liked to be notified.

The Park Hotel has great food options available all day. Staff were agreeable to our requests and always friendly. Location is great. Proximity to the beach and surrounding towns is good. Also the Hotel's proximity to the nearby food shops, restaurant and pharmacy make it a most wonderful place for short term travellers, families, or holidaymakers to furnish necessities.

Room service was a bit patchy although we understand this may not usually be the case. Our room was a good size and bedding was OK but furnishings were limited and there was not much space to put our clothes or personal items. Room lighting was also less than ideal.

Location out of the hustle and bustle of down town Byron Bay was good. Easy to find. Quiet even with a pub nxt door. Pool is very deep and refreshing. A short walk down the street to a beautiful beach. The pub next door is a bonus. open for breakfast, lunch & Dinner. The bakery opposite is great. open very early. The bed was comfortable.

got what we paid for and there was nothing wrong with that.

As the quality of clean, I think this is so high valuable accommodations in Australian level ( I am from overseas). Kitchenware is great, we have a yard there, the bath room is nice and clean. The nice pub (Italian resutaurant) is next to the rooms and also had nice cafes and IGA(grocery) there as well. It was a perfect accommodation for me.

I am satisfied in 95% about this accommodaiton, then what is the left 5% is location. If you want to stay literally Byron bay town, this accommodation is a bit far. It takes about 10 minutes for town by driving. And there is no free car parking space in town. So in the case that you want to drink at night around town, I think you should take a bus or something or buy parking tickets. In addition, a tiny tiny baby water dragon was inside of my room. He or She ran speedy under my bed at midnight, so if you don't like wildlife, that will be shame for you ( I like them so it didn't matter).

The room was clean and spacious, and quiet, the pool area was tidy and private, the facilities around the motel were excellent, the onsite Bar, Cafe, Club were very good, food was excellent. Amenities nearby were good also, shop, bakery restaurant/takeaway

Decor was a little tired, but as a base that didnt matter to us

Well appointed comfortable room, great bed. Small fridge and basic cutlery and crockery. Nice outdoor sitting area. Excellent saltwater pool. Very helpful friendly staff. Great range of eateries within a few minutes walk with an excellent cafe/bakery, hotel and small Spar store with great local produce.

To be picky...the rooms probably need an upgrade, but it was all comfortable, ooh I forgot, great water pressure!

Beautiful area, very quiet despite the road close by. A very friendly and nice manager welcomed us when we arrived. We loved the little terrasse area in front of our room with outdoor table and chairs to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening while looking at the rainforest. Very good room and bathroom size, and handy kitchenette. Excellent place to stay, away from the busy town and yet very convenient to grab an uber. The beach is within walking distance and there are all the shops you need around. Broken Head is a great alternative for staying at Byron Bay. We will be back!

The bed was a bit hard to my taste and the fabric of the sheets was a bit rough, but it didn't bother my partner.
