Absolutely wonderful accommodation. Exceptionally clean (and I'm super fussy with cleanliness),, beds really comfortable (especially supportive mattress for back issues), great amenities, staff so kind and accommodating and helped us with a late check in, had absolutely everything you expect and need when staying away from home. Plus as a unnecessary bonus, if you need a quick coffee or something to eat (especially after long drive), 24 hr McDonald's is right next door (lol). We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome customer service since we were so late due to unforeseen circumstances when checking in. Ross made sure we had what we needed and was very accommodating to our needs given the time we eventually arrived.

The only issue I ever have at Akuna is the parking as other guests always seem to take the parks near my room and I have to park away from the door. Otherwise everything was great.

This accomodation is AMAZING! Everything is clean, beautiful rooms and beds that are so comfortable! Owners are just such lovely people and cannot be any anymore accommodating! We highly recommend the Akuna to everyone! You won’t regret staying here and you will love the exceptional service they provide!

We booked the 2 bedroom apartments - Loved that it was clean, heated, rooms & beds were comfortable and whole apartment was functional for my two children and whole family. The location was great as it was close to everything. The motor inn itself was quiet, we really enjoyed our 3 night stay here. Any issues or help we had, the man at the front desk was onto it asap which was great.

The Foxtel was abit potato but in all but it was free & the wifi provided from the front office did not reach more than 1-2 bars so we used our own hotspots. The apartment could use a stove upgrade in the kitchen as they are on stop of a oven cooker.

Stayed in a two bedroom apartment and it was clean and comfortable. Well equiped kitchen with everything you require to make yourself breakfast. The apartment stayed nice and warm.

There was a little road noise in the lounge room, but in the bedrooms it was nice and quiet.

We stayed in a Deluxe Family Room (Room 9) for 2 nights. The room had a queen bed + 2 singles which was good for my family of 4 (2 adults + 2 kids under 8). The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious for a family room. There's a McDonalds next door so it's easy for a quick early morning brekky etc. It was also easy to drive around from that location (a quick drive to the Zoo and into town). When we stayed it was fairly quiet at night, despite being on a busy road, which was good. The Motor Inn does service the room each day which is good; there was a slight mix up with ours but staff were friendly and helpful with the situation and we were able to get fresh towels etc from reception which was good. Overall a nice stay and would look to stay again when visiting Dubbo.

- Carparking was a bit fiddly but still enough room to adjust angles etc. - The room only had 3 chairs which meant one family member had to sit on the beds to eat/watch TV etc. but fairly minor issues in the scheme of things really.

Good size rooms, soundproof walls, even though close to the highway, we didn't hear any traffic noise which was excellent. Very accommodating staff, comfy beds.and super clean bathroom.

The wifi was a little patchy

I like the friendly welcome. The clean comfortable room I wasn't disappointed as I have stayed before and this time was just as good. Had a cooked breakfast and was great. On top of my list for future trips.

We have stayed here numerous times and it never disappoints. Beautifully clean and everything we need for a comfortable stop-over. I would like to know how they get their bath towels so soft! 😁 Well positioned on the highway and with many options for meals nearby.

Nothing to fault

This motor inn is one of the best we've stayed in. The reception is great, the bed is very comfortable, the room is spotless. There's even a mini bar. I recommend this place. 👍👍👍👍👍
