Accessibility and location were fantastic. Everything we might need was right at our fingertips across the road (fuel, eateries, supermarket, hair, and beauty providers) For everything else, including shopping, it was just a quick trip over the bridge to the main street.

Multiple family members stayed at the establishment over the same period. Both were charged the same general pricing (within $30 difference), and one received a two bedroom apartment while we received a standard open room. The television did not load any local network stations. Only a handful of digital stations with specialised content were available.

This motel is in a very convenient position on the highway, and despite our room facing the road, there was very little traffic noise once inside. The room was very well appointed. We were in a two room unit, and the rooms were separated by the bathroom and kitchenette, thus very private for two couples. Beds were really comfortable, the place was spotless and facilities good. Just across the road were many eateries and petrol stations. Would definitely stay again.

We didn't realise that our room would be upstairs. Had we known , we would have requested a downstairs room as we are elderly and have difficulty with stairs and luggage.

Stayed 2 nights. Nice, clean updated rooms with a sperate room and TV for the kids and a seperate room and TV for us. Nice new renovated bathroom and shower. Located on the main road in Dubbo, it was great for my young family and myself. The heated indoor and outdoor pools were great and the happy hour at the bar was good. The restaurant fills up for dinner every night so make sure you get an early booking. The staff were very friendly and chatty. If I come back to dubbo, i will be staying there again. Would recommend to anyone travelling to or through Dubbo.

We booked a last-minute stay on our way home from a long road trip. We chose this as it was great value for money and had a late check-in, which we required. We were greeted by friendly and helpful staff who guided us to our rooms and explained everything with great detail. We were amazed by the size of our apartment and both bedrooms. The beds were comfortable and the whole apartment was clean. We enjoyed a delicious and cheap buffet breakfast before we headed off. Again, staff there were friendly and helpful. They had a wide range of breakfast items and was a great price for our family of four. Will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

The toilet door and one bedroom door are sticking and difficult to open and close, Cheap pillows...not very comfortable Rubbish not removed from previous guests, Stains on the couch and chair, On level 1.....not noted on the booking website. There was a lift, however, a hassle getting all of our luggage up and down in the lift.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The size of the room was great and staff were fantastic. The heater did a really good job on the freezing days we were there.

The shower didn’t have hot water for the first shower, was great for the next shower and then took about 7 minutes to be hot for the third shower. The street traffic was noisy because of our room location but there is not the hotels fault. The roller door was quite noisy also.

Had an elite room which was clearly new. It was large, well appointed, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was really freshly cooked and dining staff very friendly and efficient.

Minor issues: The room we were given only looked on to the inner car park. The location of main light switches was not ideally placed as once you closed the curtains they were almost inaccessible. It would have been great to have a small sink in the pantry area rather than having to use the bathroom sink to fill kettle and wash dishes etc.

Everything was great. Especially the staff in reception, and the lovely Filipino lady who cleaned our room. If we every visit Dubbo again, we'll definitely stay here again.

Our room was at the end, close to the street. We heard a little road noise during the night, and a group of people yelling as they walked past late at night. But no fault of the motel. Also, the aircon/ heating system could so with some maintenance as it was very noisy.

We liked the space and the fact it was self contained, serviced daily and close to everything we needed and wanted to do in Dubbo. It was also reasonably priced and felt secure.

It was “surface level” clean. The property needed a proper deep clean. There was obvious mould along the top of the shower (which leaked), the mirror in the entry hadn’t been dusted nor the tv unit and dishes were put away dirty/wet in the cupboards.

Incredibly clean. Super affordable. Friendly staff. Convenient location. Shocked that they replaced my towels and tidied my room for me for a two day stay- amazing.

A very minor thing- but the kettle was the only thing in the entire place that wasn't clean and had a piece broken off of it. It's on the highway, so the noise was expected. Anyone coming here needs to recognise you have chosen a motel on the highway.
