The room was clean and smelled clean when going into the room the first time. The location is great, it’s a pleasant view every time you look out a window. Manicured lawns and bushland, undercover parking bays, bed was super comfortable and so were the pillows. Shower pressure was as desired and towels were fluffy. Best part for me was the small thing of having little biscuits with the tea and coffees, I’ve been to a number of places these days and they don’t have cookies. It made my day to see the two packaged biscuits there. The manager was also very friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed the chat we had, she was also knowledgeable about places to go have dinner as well. Forgot to take photos of the room but took photos of the tea and coffee facilities because I was so stoked to get cookies.

There isn’t anything really to share that I didn’t like.

We stay here regulary. It is good value for money. It is a great overnight stop between the Sunshine Coast and Sydney. The room we choose is the King room andit is comfortable. The bathroom is simple but clean and all you need for an overnight stay. We have, over the years , tried many motels in Kepsey but this is the best by far. It has a beautiful garden and is opposite a golf course. It has good BBQ faciities. The managers are extremely friendly,

The motel is close to a busy road but it doesn't cause ant problem duribg the night,

Clean, well maintained room stocked with everything needed for my overnight stay. The grounds are immense with feeding kangaroos. There's BBQ's for outdoor cooking. Large comfortable double bed, large shower recess. Was an enjoyable stay here! I had the bonus of a 'light show' as a huge thunderstorm swept through the area with mesmerising lightning strikes nearby. The free Wi-Fi is definitely needed here, as the normal internet reception has been re-routed due to changes in the area - namely, the new Bunnings warehouse.

I liked the whole experience of my booking here!

For a busy road outside, staying here is surprisingly quiet. The beds are super comfy, its extremely clean. The surrounds are peaceful and I was farewelled by 2 wallabies grazing 50 m outside my room. I was only there for 1 night, but I'd be very comfortable staying there longer. Its was fully booked when I arrived and I was told it was most nights - a good sign.

It was a short stay so not long enough to want for anything I didnt get

Very simple rooms in a great location for an overnight stay for our long trip, just off the highway and easily accessible. The team was very accommodating of our late night arrival. The room has a reverse cycle air-conditioner which meant it was very warm in the middle of winter.

Beds four people, but only seats for 2 to eat at a small bench, but that was not really an issue for us.

Did not have breakfast - not supplied. Parking right beside Unit, very clean unit, air conditioner worked well - this is extremely important as the weather was very hot and humid. Extra toilet rolls - one is never enough. Working TV. Doona on the bed instead of tightly-tucked-in sheets. Extra blankets in the cupboard in case of cold nights. Microwave for heating up Take-aways. Nice green and tree -ed environment. Outdoor tables and benches Tea, Coffee, biscuits supplied. Biscuits very nice cookies, including my favourite - ANZAC biscuits.

Supply of hairdryer would be good Sugar substitute would also be good. Mosquitos after dark. Would be good to warn clients to bring repellant.

We have stayed there regularly in the past year after trying many motels in Kempsey. Its location is better than most as it is not in the middle of town, it has a good sized bar fridge and a large bed. It has limited bench space to work or eat but is perfect for an overnight. The managers are very friendly. The gardens are beautiful and the outdoor bbq facility excellent. Parking is excellent and allocated per room.

It needs a bathroom update but that would probably increase the price.

Great location i semi-rural area . Dog friendly - lots of space for dog walks. Comfortable bed, super-clean room with great facilities

Bathroom exhaust fan tied in with light switch , so fan blows cold air the whole time the light is on. Not pleasant in winter While it's nice to have under cover parking, the carports are very narrow for a large vehicle

Set well back from the road - so there was very little traffic noise in the morning, and we did not hear any during the night. Receptionist / manager was friendly and efficient. The unit was adjoining another unit on one side and with carport on the other, so there was no noise from the neighbours. Only about 5 minutes to drive to the shops. Clean, and seemed to be freshly renovated.

Great staff. Comfy beds. So clean. Lovely garden. Quite. Inviting room and decor! Would be a great place for a family get together! Lovely area to walk, play and run about with bbqs n big trees for shade!

No roof cover at Doorway entry to unit, so when it rained, had to go in with wet shoes so carpet got wet! But sadly this is too hard n costly to fix!
