The one bedroom villa with spa overlooking the lake was lovely. The perfect size for 2 people. The spa was a great size to enjoy a soak with the provided bath salts. The bed was a little firm for me however my partner thought it was great. This accomodation is in a great location if you have a car. It is only a couple minutes drive to Rich River Golf Club if you are planning to play golf.

The kitchen was a good size however it did lack kitchen equipment. If you are planning to cook on the stovetop, the accomodation only provided 1 small saucepan and fry pan. The saucepan wasn't big enough to cook pasta for 2 people. The accomodation also didn't provide any microwave proof dishes. If you are planning to cook you might want to through in some kitchen equipment if you have room in your car.

We have been before and love the place. We caught fish, again equipment provided as forgot mine. My partner had fun also with doing that herself. And as usual we did throw them back in straight away. The birds and fish are great company. We had visited over about a 10+ year period. It's very comfortable and relaxing. Access to the local clubs via courtesy bus is good. We will certainly be back.

The temporary caretakers were helpful with providing outside lighting on request when the fitted one blew when switched on (later fully repaired). Our only real gripe this time is that the WIFI really didn't work much at all and we had to rely on our mobile hotspot data.

We stayed in cabin 11 overlooking the lake, the accommodation was amazing having everything we needed and more a home away from home, the grounds were brilliantly maintained and a pleasure to walk amongst. Shuttle buses were available to take you to different venues, staff and hosts were very friendly and helpful. You can even take your four legged family member with you... we definitely will be returning customers...

Nothing it ticks all the boxes.

This is my second stay at Perricoota Vines and it wont be my last. The units are very spacious with a well equipped kitchen and a lovely spa in the bathroom. Check in is super easy. I love the bird life that greets you when on your balcony overlooking the lagoon. Very peaceful. Nice pools. Close to wineries, golf club, etc. I have been coming to Moama for nearly a decade staying at another resort - but I wont be going back - here is where I will return to

There is nothing I didn't like - except that I couldn't stay longer!

Would have liked to meet owners. I loved their story about the property and family. Even though didn’t meet anyone check in and checkout was seamless with all relevant information. Bed was really comfortable.

Only criticism the split system was very noisy and seemed to struggle with cold weather. This didn’t affect our stay though as was very relaxing.

Great location out of town but close enough for a short drive to all the action. Beautiful tranquil luscious gardens that are exceptionally maintained to enjoy some lovely walks around the property. We enjoyed a game of tennis, ping pong, and the 2 pools were just lovely to luxuriate in. The Lakeview cabin was sweet, quiet and private with everything for some much needed r&r

Peaceful & the lake watching the bird life, we saw 2 twany frog mouths sitting in one of the trees, outside our villa, just minding there business…which was a precious moment to watch…as well as the view, especially at night with the lights on the bridges & our balcony…..so relaxing… the villas are gorgeous.

Beautiful gardens and grounds, lovely pools and tennis court, good little playground. Very well kept, neat place. I would definitely recommend it.

The bed was very hard and struggled to get to sleep both nights and woke up sore the next day. Maybe consider a mattress topper so it’s in between. Room diffuser was patchouli & musk and on entry to the room it was highly off putting, the musk was so strong. I put it outside which helped a lot, once the smell started to settle. Also, didn’t meet a single staff member whatsoever.

Staff were helpful when remote controls needed batteries. Kitchen had cooking utensils, glasses, plates, toaster, kettle. Fridge fit all out food and drinks in. Great spa. Spacious living and bedroom areas, lovely location and really enjoyed our stay.

It’s a well set out property with good facilities and a lovely view of the lake.

Found it a little hard to contact the owners. Didn’t understand the need for a contactless checkin considering we are no longer under Covid. I have never stayed anywhere before where I was expected to leave the room in the condition I found it. Thankfully I noticed the small sign on the wall advising me.
