Great place to stay. Friendly staff and good facilities with a gym and a pool. There is also a very quick food service which can be ordered by scanning a QR code and is with you very quickly. There is a BBQ area outside too which is nice. It is very centrally located with easy access to the big Broadway shopping arcade. The apartments are well maintained and very clean and provide lots of little extras like dishwasher tablets, soap and shampoo. I would not hesitate to recommend and would stay again. A great place and a very good experience. Excellent!

We raved about this place the whole time! This place had amazing staff who were always attentive, helpful and professional. We loved the aesthetic and design of the place and really appreciated the attention to detail both in the rooms and outdoors. It's also obvious the place is very well maintained. We were sad to come home one night to see the flamingo had been popped :( We hope you get a new one because the flamingo is iconic to Adina Chippendale! As soon as we arrived we said look it's the flamingo from the pictures!! Thanks so much for a great stay!

I had actually booked this on behalf of my 19 year old daughter who has travelled alone to Sydney to meet up with a group of people for an adventure holiday. She had two nights in this apartment, to relax, explore the city and acclimatise to Australian time before the main part of her trip and she loved it. She told me that the apartment was spotlessly clean, really comfortable bed and everything she needed was provided. She said that the staff on reception were lovely and super helpful and, being alone on the other side of the world, she felt safe. My daughter said that she would not hesitate to book accommodation at this property again should she ever be in Sydney again. Thank you for making her stay so enjoyable!

I recently stayed at Adina appartments and it completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff were not only friendly but went out of their way to ensure my comfort. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I could possibly need. It felt like a true home away from home. What really stood out was the attention to detail. The location was perfect, offering both convenience and a peaceful atmosphere. I was also pleasantly surprised by the range of services available, the pool and courtyard area was well presented and you could also have drink and food service. We didn’t get to use this area due to the weather. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a top-tier experience. I will definitely be returning!

The two bedroom apartment was very comfortable with excellent kitchen facilities. We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of the hotel. It was very clean and serviced nicely every day. Thank you for accepting our groceries prior to checkin - that made a huge difference to our first morning after a very late arrival.

Just a couple of issues to be aware of for maintenance; The shower didn’t work very well (low pressure) and leaked over the top of the bath each time due to poor shower screen design. The tumble dryer filter needs to be repaired (it drops off the back during the cycle).

The room was an ample size, very quiet, and spotlessly clean. Bed was very comfortable. Location is in a quiet residential neighborhood, very close to University of Sydney and Redfern station. Kitchen equipped with stove, microwave with airfryer function, dishwasher, fridge (but no freezer). Washer and dryer worked well. TV was good and had chromecast available. Wifi connection was speedy and stable enough. Staff were friendly and helpful. There is a cafe attached to the building with good coffee.

Compared to another room I had stayed in the same property, which was accessible by elevator, this room had no elevator access so I had to haul my 2 suitcases up a flight of stairs (and back down at checkout). It would have been nice if this could be communicated to us beforehand. There was no oven in this present room, while there was in the other room I stayed in before.

This is the most comfortable apartment I have stayed in. Great staff,quiet location and lovely apartment. Lovely surroundings and great attention to detail. The hotel is surrounded by lovely streets with terrace houses. It is a quiet neighbourhood and we were easily able to walk to our destination at the carriage works each day. Coffee next door and breakfast highly recommended as is Kindred Italian restaurant only a few minutes walk.

Very comfortably sized apartments with a shared luscious courtyard, pool and small gym. It's close to Redfern and Newtown.

The reception smells like it has been perfume bombed. My mouth tasted like soap every time I walked through. It was a pity to rush through as the staff are very lovely but the smell is just too much. The lift needs some love. Some of the buttons don't work. You have to press down if you want to go up from reception. The mattresses were on the softer side which is not my bag.

The property was in a quiet neighborhood that was still easily accessible to everywhere we wanted to go. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable and well-stocked and having a washer/dryer was super convenient. The grounds were pleasant and clean; my husband used the gym several times. Front staff were super friendly. Overall we loved this hotel and will definitely stay there again when we return to Sydney.

This place is a gem and I am so glad found it. We were attending a function at the nearby Carriageworks so this hotel was very close and easily walkable. From the excellent location to the super friendly and helpful staff, we really enjoyed our stay. Our 2 bedroom apartment was very new and clean; kitchen was well appointed; ducted heating was much appreciated, TVs in each room; and we had a small balcony to spot the Sydney city skyline. There is a sweet courtyard and a pool and exercise room.

Our beds were a tad soft compared to what we're used to but we slept well nonetheless. The address of the aparthotel is a little misleading - the entrance is actually on Boundary Street (useful to know if you've walked from the very nearby Redfern station).
