Beds were very comfortable, location was great - just around the corner from Broadway Mall for shops, food court and supermarkets. Walkable to Central station, Chinatown night market and close to bus stops. Was pleasantly surprised with getting two beds when we thought we were only getting one king and a fold out sofa. My kids were very happy! Loved having a washing machine and dryer. Quiet area of the city so not much road noise. Wifi worked well. The TVs worked well and you can add your own Netflix. Nice outdoor seating on the balcony.

Can hear other people in their rooms using their stairs. The metal thudding sound is distinctive and woke me up a few times but when we were there people had usually gone off to sleep by 11pm so it was quiet after that.

Very modern vibe - a re-purposed 19thC warehouse or similar, so high ceilings, big timber beams, and all re-done with style. Two TVs (one in the lounge, and one in the bedroom) were a bonus. Location was good - 5-10 minute walk to transport and Chinatown. Street was leafy and quiet (basically it's a university precinct).

No major issues at all ... an oven would have been good (and some apartments do have them), and a few more kitchenware items would be good too. But overall, very few complaints. There is no balcony, but the windows on to the street are large.

The staff were friendly on arrival, check-in was easy which was great after a long trip. Location was great for shopping mall - Broadway Complex. Close walk (15mins) towards light rail station to be able to get around the city. Beds were really comfortable, pillows great too.

No on site parking, parking at the Broadway Shopping Complex - is subsidised to $45 a day, this may inconvenient for some, also if bad weather. We stayed in the loft room, without aircon it got extremely hot and uncomfortable at night to sleep with heat rising to the top. Conditioner was empty in the shower on arrival, the room was cleaned during our stay but conditioner was never topped up. Washing machine was also broken and could not be used. One TV remote for two TVs.

I paid a little extra for a room with a balcony and was pleasantly surprised. The room was amazingly spacious and well-appointed, very quiet, with a patio in the afternoon sunshine. The bed was excellent. I had stayed two years earlier at Veriu Camperdown but this Veriu block is much nicer for a similar price and yet equally close to Sydney Uni. Despite what they told me at check-in, the room was tidied up daily and overall this was a great place.

The kitchen equipment was barely adequate - two pieces of cutlery and crockery and the space for preparing even the most basic meals was minimal because a large microwave oven and gas stove took up 80% of the space! To make coffee, tea and toast required juggling one power socket behind the microwave. This was the only real drawback of the place, in my opinion.

The portable air conditioner in the bedroom was a bit noisy, but the hosts explained it’s a temporary solution while permanent units are being installed

Great location! I had a conference at the ICC and it was only 16min walk from the hotel. Great service. The apartment was cleaned everyday and had all the amenities we need for 6 nights such as fridge, microwave, washing machine and dryer.

The parking was quite pricey at $45 a night and that is only with 1 exit/ day. To pay for a multiple exit ticket it is $55 a night. I understand it is discounted for the hotel and because it is close to the CBD but that is very pricey!

Located 5 minutes walk to fully facilitated broadway shopping center and main road’s bus station with frequent bus services, the room is for our family is clean and fully equipped with a small kitchen and laundry knot. All appliances are functioning! Reception opens from 7am to 11 pm, any enquiry was responded promptly. For a family of 5 it’s never easy to find the right accommodation, but this is the one.

The only improvements I can think are: 1) the lighting is not sufficient. No lights above the bunk bed area, we used a torch. And the lounge/dinning area was pretty dim. 2) our room is facing the street, it was noisy one early morning I think due to the rubbish collection trucks on the street. But it’s still bearable.

The space was amazing! The building itself was historic yet modern. The room was the most sound proof space I've stayed in. The room was spotless, the place smelled amazing. The staff were beyond helpful. It was a fantastic spot, with lots to see around, and easy to walk to places. The beds were incredibly comfortable. It was the hottest night in recorded history for Sydney, but the room was equipped to keep us cool. The style was amazing. I can't rate this place high enough!!

No onsite Parking, but there was lots of options close by.

The staff were very responsive, room was cleaned everyday and the reception was really helpful with for example booking a taxi to the airport. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

The cost could have been a bit less, there could have been additional provision for drying clothes as the drier in our room had some issues sometimes. The staff came and helped us fix it, however it is good to have an alternative in case of an emergency.

The room can accommodate family with kids

The room is a bit dusty and would be great if the property can provide regular housekeeping to keep the room clean and tidy. Not everyday the amenities are updated (laundry and dish soap sometimes got it, some days not). Very minimum lighting so the room is truly dark, even when we already opened the curtains window. Location is a bit far from city centre, not a walking distance, however in a quiet and safe neighborhood.
