Well, everything was going smoothly until the last night at the hotel where room service had changed our towels. Unfortunately one of the new towels they had provided smelled awfully disgusting like it was used to mop the toilet or something like that. Of course I did not reflect this to the hotel staff but this was the only negative point we had encountered during our wonderful stay at the Four Points Sydney. Would recommend this place as a place to stay for service and location!

The people at the reception were exceptionally professional approachable & friendly. I had some documents missing when I arrived at the hotel but Zeebita went out of her way & allowed me to use the printer & internet access. It solved my problem as my arrival was delayed & no other office work shops were expected to be opened at that hour. Thank you Zeebita & Four Points for having such wonderful people.

Nothing really much but the breakfast menu could be added with more items to make it more comprehensive & value for money. The service was good. The quality of the food was great. Thanks for the attention given to my family.

The room was lovely and well appointed. It was very clean and had nice furnishing. Reception and other staff were very friendly and happy to help. The restaurant was clean the food was fresh and delicious. The location was on the edge of the CBD and was 5 to 10 minute walk to the main train hub. Buses were very close.

The water pressure was woeful. Housekeeping came really late to service the room (between 5pm and 8pm) and this was awkward.

The bed is very comfortable, and the location is excellent, being close to shopping areas.

I highly recommend that the hotel improve breakfast offerings. The selection was too limited, with no ham, bacon, sausage, fried eggs, or salad. The hotel only provided boiled eggs, croissants, fruit, coffee and juices. Since there are also customers from Asia, I suggest the hotel consider providing Asian breakfast options, such as rice noodles, stirred fried vegetables etc.

This was our fourth visit to this property and love able to walk to various locations.at times I stay in the cbd area for other occasions but I find this property convenient to other parts of Sydney.

Well the room I stayed in this time wasn't as clean the bathroom and the carpet really needed to be replaced or cleaned as my grandson came to visit and his clothes were dirty from crawling around . I have had him in previous rooms and this hasn't happened.

Cleanliness and the friendly staff at the front desk

There weren't many options for vegetarians at breakfast. Besides bread and baked beans, sometimes there were Vegetable egg noodles. If you ask the chef about it, he is rude and not friendly. He needs some training on how to talk to customers.

Rooms are very clean and ample for three people. Bathroom is big and clean. Hotel is centrally located and is about a ten minute walk to the central station. There are two malls within a five-minute walking distance from the hotel (Central Park Mall and Broadway Mall). Area is quiet and we were completely satisfied with the booking.

The room was so flash, very spacious and super modern and well appointed. We had the accessible room for my partner who is in a wheelchair and everything was setup almost perfectly for a wheelchair user. The location was fantastic too right next to a ton of nice restaurant's bakeries and a supermarket. Perfect

The only down side was if you sit down on the shower bench the seat is very slippery which can be an issue if you are a wheelchair user without great balance

The parking situation could be described more clearly. Address on google leads you to Parramatta road and you need to turn off to find the parking building. Listing the street name for the entry to this in comms with guests prior to their stay ould have made arrival a lot less stressful. Won't stop me from staying again, though 🙂

Staff were very pleasant. Early check in and a late check out were offered without charge (subject to availability of course). The hotel is very well located.

The king bed was two twins zipped together. The hotel should consider king-size mattress toppers in this situation because the "dip" in between the two zipped beds was very obvious and a bit uncomfortable.
