Rooms were nice, bed was comfy and cleanliness was good.

Couldn't get the casting to work on the TV (in both of our rooms). Breakfast was... well it needed help. Took our room number at breakfast and ushered us in but there were no tables. Waited a bit until available. Why usher us in if there was no space? Then there was only one cereal dispenser that had any and only a few slices of white bread available. The pancake maker kept playing up and we had to get the attendant to sort twice. The juice dispenser was empty (apple) and we had to wait til they were filled again. There seemed to be three staff working but a attention wasn't being paid to all food areas only the hot food. Our accommodation was good but I'm wary of the buffet breakfast... hopefully just new or undertrained staff.

The property was very easy to find, which made our arrival hassle-free. From the moment we stepped in, the staff were extremely welcoming and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. They were always ready to help with any questions or requests, no matter how big or small. It was clear that they genuinely cared about ensuring we had a positive experience, and their friendly, accommodating attitude really stood out throughout our stay.

The parking area can be a bit tight and cramped, which might make it a little tricky to park, especially if you’re in a larger vehicle. It requires some careful maneuvering, but it’s manageable. As for the elevators, they can be a bit temperamental at times, especially when shared with other guests, which can cause a slight delay. However, once you get the hang of using them and are aware of the quirks, they’re fairly easy to navigate. While these are minor inconveniences, they didn’t impact our overall experience too much.

We love the pool and the buffet breakfast.

There’s nowhere to hang wet swimmers. I brought my own hangers and suction hooks to create spaces to hang the swimmers in the bathroom. The hotel should install a retractable clothes line in the shower for this purpose. The pool needs some maintenance. The bathroom door stopper didn’t have a rubber piece on it. The metal kept hitting the wall tiles. Luckily no damage was done but a new door stopper should be installed. The shower kept flooding while having a shower. The water drained away after we turned off the tap, but it was very inconvenient to stand inside a puddle of water when showering. These are small maintenance jobs which the hotel should look into doing.

The location of the apartments enables easy access to a supermarket, fast food & pub food options, along with easy access to the Rose Hill Gardens race course, which was the main reason we decided to stay at this venue. The building was easy to navigate & included good facilities such as a swimming pool, gym & breakfast buffet.

There were signs that the apartments would benefit from some renovations to improved the overall quality and finish of the rooms and hallways to both modernise & fix damages caused by patrons. There were quite visible scrapes and missing paint on walls, some paint flaking down above the shower head and general signs of wear and tear. However, this didn’t really impact me enough to not want to stay in this venue.

We had a king room with breakfast and it was fantastic for what we paid. Beautiful lobby. Great service from the staff especially the female receptionist who checked us in. Spacious room with a great view and across the road from the establishment there is a complex with fast food and Woolworths which was very convenient! Not far from the Westfield and train station also which was great for us. Breakfast was great too, there was a pancake maker machine which was pretty awesome. Parking was easy and cheap as well which was fantastic!

The biggest thing which was a big downer for our stay was the aircon/heating not working. We had no control over it as it was “locked by maintenance on 23/24 degrees as it is central ac” and that is what the gentleman said when I called reception at 3:30am due to the room being super hot on a 30 degree weekend because we couldn’t get it to work. The gentleman fixed it for us and got it blowing cool air after it being reset and I could finally get to sleep but it was a very big bummer that we have no control over our AC’s as we all have different needs and being comfortable is very important.

Basic room, good for business or solo travellers. Close to amenities and near Parramatta centre. Children are free for breakfast with a paying adult, so that saved some money.

Rooms were clean and tidy but common areas could do with a tidy. Housekeeping staff didn't care for these well, with a vacuum cleaner left in the hall overnight, and a used room service tray that sat by the lifts on our floor for two full days.

I loved that there was a driveway access off the main road giving allowing me to pull up and check in, undercover parking was also available for a reasonable price, beautiful lobby, friendly helpful staff, plenty of lifts available, breakfast option with room, quiet rooms with little to no noise from outside, pool amenities. Family loved the stay and will be staying here again in the future.

My only negative would be that the taps in the shower which are confusing to use.

I like that its close to shops and food, like the outdoor pool and parking staff are also very nice and friendly

The perfume in the lobby area was very strong, didnt like the TV selection, needs upgrading, the price needs to justify compared to other hotels that have access to things like the use of Netflix, alot of children running up and down the hall ways quiet noisey at the time, breakfast was alright good for what it was :)

The staff are absolutely amazing go above and beyond to help with anything you need. Especially staff members Asena, Michael and Yukesh.

Would have been nice to have the Restaurant and Bar open over the long weekend to save going out to dine elsewhere.

Loved the location, friendly staff, good sized rooms, comfy beds, great pool, lovely breakfast. About 20 min walk to Westfield Shopping Centre and less then 20 min walk to wharf, Across the road from motel is Woolies, McDonalds and other takeaway places.

Had to ask reception for little things eg towels, bathmat, toilet paper. This was after house keeping had serviced room.
