This was everything we needed, a clean room for my partner, my daughter and myself. Bathroom facilities were clean and fully functioning. TV, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster all in room. Double glazed windows meant we didn't hear any outside noise, even with the hospital next door. Super close to both train and tram, so we left the car parked in the boom gated car park and used public transport. It was great value for money.

We had noisey neighbours one night and the walls do seem thin. We spoke to reception, staff were awesome, and they sorted it for us, the noise stopped straight away, so not really an issue.

Location. Price. Ease of check-in. Free parking. Felt safe. Room was clean.

Only 2 chairs at the small table, despite the room accommodating 3 people. Another at the desk would have been good. Getting a new code for the boom gate each day was inconvenient. We had to leave early for an event and didn’t realise we had to visit the front desk before leaving to get the code for the day to exit the carpark. This delayed our leave time and made things more difficult in an already rushed morning with kids. Not requiring a code to exit would be really helpful.

location was perfect for the purpose of our visit for an appointment at Westmead Hospital . Meal available close by Found our way around okay, traffic not a major issue Reception staff, very friendly , helpful and enthusiastic. Another member of staff was also very supportive and helpful

We did not know the area so we were a little lost in knowing what was in the area....ie shopping etc. Probably a map of the area, more information of what was close by. Also information on the public transportation available right at the front door - trams and buses - where do they go?????? timetable and trip map

Location - firstly they let me know works were being done out the front and to go through rear parking entrance. Lots of parking. New tram lines under works Within 500m of walking you have Oporto, Subway, Priceline pharmacy, a bottle-O, mini mart, bakery and pizza place. Train station also not far away. I was able to pay in full before my stay. I asked if the room had a microwave and toaster and it was provided in the room when we arrived, this was great for us as we travel with young children and are on a budget! Westmead hospital just over the road, so if that is the reason you're staying, it's super close. Parramatta Park just a short walk down the road! For our brief two night stay, it was great! Staff, fantastic!!

The room is small, but we were having a jam parked weekend and this was affordable quality. Having young children, I maybe should have asked for down stairs room - but that's my bad! Nb. If you're a smoker you need to go to designated area, no balcony. (I'm not a smoker but my partner is)

Homely atmosphere, loved that we could open the window for fresh air. And was g4eat that it was directly across the road from the hospital as we were there for IVF.

The people who were staying on our floor were really really loud even with signs everywhere saying be quiet due to patients and staff but these people were slamming doors and yelling late at night. But other than that was a beautiful place to stay and recover.

It was a little expensive for what it is, but given the location and lack of other options, it is understandable. There was a waft of cigarette smell every so often, slightly annoying but not unbearable. A/c was loud for such a small room, even on the lowest fan setting.

Excellent location for Westmead Hospital. The eclectic Restaurant served delicious food at a pretty good price.

There was no plug in the bath so if you're going, take your own. If I owned a hotel with a bath I wouldn't provide one either though because of the risk of flooding. Also, check that some sick bastard hasn't set the alarm on the bedside clock for 1 a.m. as was the case with ours.

Great location across from Westmead hospital. The room was a good size and clean. Bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. Free parking is a bonus and the staff allowed me to keep my car there an hour after checkout as I had a hospital appointment which was very much appreciated. There is a restaurant on site, although I did not go there. Also a short walk to a pharmacy and some other takeaway food shops.

Location was great for my purposes. The room was well equipped (I was able to borrow a bottle opener from reception which was fine). While the rooms are aging they are well maintained and cleaned.

Just a small thing, the air con was quite noisy. I was pleased I could open the window when I wanted fresh air. I was disappointed the onsite cafe wasn't open Saturday and Sunday. There a few good eateries in the area.

This little hotel is a gem. Very well appointed with public transport walking distance away and a lovely coffee shop on the corner. Our request for a quiet room was granted and there was parking for our rental car. we had a room with two single beds as requested as well. Will definitely bookmark this one for any future Sydney trips
