It's like a beautiful little tropical oasis hidden away but so close to the shops and pubs. The new owner Matt is an absolutely wonderful host who goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable. We were supposed to go out for dinner but the room was so comfortable we stayed in and relaxed. The grounds are lush green and pool is crystal clear. The price is just right and we loved the rustic country feel. We were even able to access Netflix on our account to the tv. Keys are stored safely in a security box. I highly recommend staying here if you are planning on coming to the area. Thank you so much for your hospitality Matt! We will definitely be back!

Loved the location. It was quiet and peaceful. Enjoyed the rainforest at the back of the accommodation. I loved sitting on the deck first thing in the morning looking over Atherton while enjoying my coffee.

Apartment 1 where I stayed had a glass door which didn't have a curtain or something to cover it. I felt there could have been some privacy where this was concerned. The TV didn't work.

The facilities were exceptional and the customer service by the owner was second to none. Very friendly, very approachable and a lovely man to talk to. The location is peaceful and quiet and relaxing and plenty of Birdlife to enjoy. Will be looking forward to seeing the developments the next time I need to stay in Atherton. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Super host, lovely thoughtful things like chocolate on the bed, air freshener in the bathroom and room, fruit on the veranda and something you rarely get was good quality toilet paper.

Sink is a little small and limited cupboard space for utensils.

The location was wonderful and convenient, the grounds were lovely with lots of plants and birds. The check in was so easy and effortless.

The pillows could have been better and perhaps a thicker blanket available for winter time.

the tv/Netflix was not connected to the internet. so we did not use them. very hard to get in contact with the owners as there is no email address and the phone number is not in service. other than that it is a great place to stay!

It's a beautiful location and the property and building are awesome. If you want a property that has a bit of a traditional feel (eg wood everywhere) but all the modern conveniences, this is the right place. And the price is good!

The bed was a little hard for my wife. The room I booked last time was nicer. There was noise from walking around upstairs and voices and other noises seem to carry. There are screens missing on some of the windows so mosquitos can get in.

Didn't stay for the breakfast but the location was perfect from the venue we were at. I also liked the fact I booked the room online just the day before without any hassle whatsoever. It was easy to get access to the room keys as well

Great sized room, very comfy with everything we needed. Easy check in and out which we always appreciate. Lovely balcony spot. Matt was very lovely to chat to as well!

Enjoyed sitting at a table outside the room on the wide verandah overlooking the garden. Very tropical looking , Wild bush turkeys and pigions came in on dusk.

Pillow on bed a bit hard.
