I did not have breakfast in my booking

I would like more information given to tenants regarding cleaning the common spaces (AKA the kitchen) after being used as small accumulations of rubbish open were left on the kitchen bench and exposed to attract bugs and flies for over 48 hours. I would like more checks to make sure every tenant/guest wipes the kitchen surfaces after cooking, dries, and disposes plates and other crockery items in their allocated places showing respect for the next person who will be using the kitchen. This would maintain a cleaner, bug free environment inside the house.

I recently had the opportunity to spend a few days at MiHaven Shared Living, and I must say it was an amazing experience. From the very first moment, I was welcomed by a pleasant atmosphere and friendly hosts. The accommodation was impeccably clean, and they provided plenty of privacy, which is a big plus in a shared space. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the common areas were not only cozy but also functional. perfect for both work and relaxation. If you’re looking for quality, affordable, and comfortable shared accommodation, I highly recommend this place. Great amenities, cleanliness and a friendly atmosphere make it one of the best places I’ve had the chance to stay. I will definitely be happy to return!

The property was clean and my room was very good equipped. I had furniture to put staff away and feel like home. I didn't have to interact with the staff in person as I arrived late on Friday and left early on Monday. However staff was super helpful with the instructions for late check in. Everything went smoothly. You could here the noise from other rooms, for some reason my neighbors were very active around midnight, otherwise was good time.

Such a clean place and all the amenities you need. Staff were great and close to the city of Cairns. Perfect for me as I travel a lot for work and makes you feel relaxed. Definitely recommend these properties.

Not much at all. The only thing is the aircon timer You have to get up multiple times a night to switch it on but power saving is a good thing.

Good location if you have a car. I hadn‘t a car and had to explore the area by foot or bus. That wasn’t so easy. There isn‘t a bus on sundays. From Monday to Friday busses go 3 times (mornings) per day to Horseshoe Bay. On saturday only 2 times per day. There is no bus in the afternoon. Nevertheless I enjoyed my stay because it is a very calm town, not too touristy and nice people living there. You can‘t go from Bowen to the Whitsunday Islands! I can recommend the bakery Jochheims Pies.

Breakfast? I could get breakfast, why wasn't I told.

Facilities that take cash are non existing at MiLiving. With a pocket full of change, I had to go looking for a laundromat. Bad, very bad. That's why you didn't get 100% like from me.

Lovely staff ! Especially kind to let us into our room early to drop off our luggage (thank you!). Great, clean facilities and value for money. The long term renters are also so kind and welcoming. Will definitely stay again in the future!

Accommodation.

The only issue I had is my key pass stopped work on the second night and I have to stay out on another accommodations for 2 night where I got a second key to enter and payed $50 for after hours call cause I couldn’t get in the night my key stopped working.

The ladies at the recepción were very willing to help you in any way. I found everything clean and up to standard. I recommend and sure if to be back there if to go to Cairns .

They have charged $200 upfront as security deposit which is bit weird for a short term stay. I have no idea when it will be returned back to my account.
