Don’t buy breakfast from here !! I paid 20 dollars for 2 people and all they had was bread and jam with coffee 💀💀

Location was good - it was one of the nominated pick-up points for my tour of The Cape. There were shops nearby that offered a wide variety of food to dine in or take away. The continental breakfast at this establishment was an adequate starter. to the day. The room was comfortable and clean. I could leave my excess luggage until my return from the Cape. The staff were really lovely. It was also a short taxi ride to the airport.

The lack of a lift. My room on the return from the Cape was on level 3 - I did manage to drag my luggage up the stairs but it was an effort. If I book there again, I'll ask for ground floor if that is available.

From the time we arrived we were made feel at home by everyone. On arrival the lady on the front desk was very helpful. We got to know her well ,but I can not remember her name, she needs a special mention . Thanks for all your hard work.

The in room safe was a bit hit and miss . The week we stayed with you, you suffered problems with the residents washing machine, but we got there in the end with the help of head of house keeping. She sorted things out so we were able to get our washing sorted before we left.

After having a holiday from hell, this place was the saviour of our trip. The staff went above and beyond, allowing us to check in several hours early after hearing what we had been through at ACACIA COURTS ON THE ESPLANADE (DO NOT STAY THERE). Reception were absolutely wonderful. Great communication, terrific people skills, they made us feel very warm and welcome. Even giving us salt and pepper from their restaurant so we didn't have to go and buy it. The rooms were clean, with everything you need to cook a quick meal in the rooms which was very handy. Location was perfect, close to the centre of town and convenience stores such as the IGA, and the night owl. With the bonus of a sushi train, fish and chips, and night owl within 500 metres up the road. Value for money, I would definitely stay here again.

The motel was attractive and reasonably close to the centre of Cairns.

There was no elevator. You're asked to have the air conditioner off when you're out, so the room is hot when you return, even with the curtains drawn. There's a message about a $1,351 fine, from memory, if the smoke alarm goes off accidentally for about three possible reasons, like steam from the shower getting in the smoke detector if you don't close the bathroom door. Apparently this is a government fine.

We stayed 1 night at Cairns Queens Court and it was just what we needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything required for a short stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in easy. The location is convenient – close to the Esplanade and easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. Breakfast was a nice bonus for the price. Overall, a simple, affordable, and pleasant stay – a good choice for a quick stop in Cairns.

Moving interstate is an onerous task, so I decided to spoil myself with 2 nights at Queen's court when I arrived, so I wouldn't be too rushed in unpacking (predicting delays, etc). The friendly, flexible staff were so helpful and full of advice and information-- made me feel extremely welcome in my new home city! Location ended up being perfect, Room was quiet and relaxing, everything was great. Now, when my friends come to visit, I'll be telling them to book in at Queen's Court as well.

Woman who greeted us at the front desk was excellent (manta ray tattoos - sorry, I don't know her name). We were able to get in early. Huge bonus! Room was very clean. Breakfast was a little on the light side. Staff were always very friendly and helpful.

Our beds were made daily and trash taken out but the rest of the room was not cleaned. Coffee cups left uncleaned. Not a big deal, just strange.

We had to book a twin room as there was nothing else available, but the beds were very comfy, the room very clean, the staff provided us with 2 very comfortable pillows each on request. Airconditioning was very quiet and worked well. Nice dark room with good curtains for sleeping

I was certain I paid for a twin room with attached bathroom, but our room was shared bathroom facilities when we arrived out of check in hours. It was no issue as the bathroom was right next to our room and was exceptionally clean.
