Cheap and affordable; Close to central places; Great staff

Cockroach in the room (on fridge door); Big rubbish bin at back entrance was overflowing and producing very bad smell around entrance area; Bathroom sink was a bit blocked and water did not flow out very well; Cigarette & smoky smell at the balconies.

The area is good close to everything staff is great

The blankets in the rooms stunk they were not washed and the aircon vents were dirty I cleaned them out as my boys got sick and the fans were dirty I cleaned them also Not to fussed. Maybe routine cleaning on certain places may need to be put in place

Perfectly located in the heart of Shinjuku, Just steps from Golden Gai. Tons of restaurants and shopping, 7 minute walk to the train station. Steps away from two conviene stores. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room were good for the price. I would stay here again

Rooms were small but that’s normal for Japan. Not much else

Closer to everything had extra blanket to cover 4 people closer to cairns central enjoyed my stay

Helped.out a lady from another country tried to check in after hours sat in the front area for fair while i had to check with her again if she was ok apparently she got through and got her keys

Great location, wonderfully sized room with a view of a great Cafe across the road.

Had some major damage of the skylight in the stairwell with all the rain. Made it a little precarious going downstairs with my baggage. Also, not many powerpoints made it hard to charge devices. I'm sure the skylight is fixed by now

Happy with the motel, A++++ staff were great and so was the price... enjoyed my time in cairns.... Pool was amazing.. will definitely book here again... great location..

The only thing I didn't like was the fact that I was only there a couple of days..

Nice big room, had a double and single bed to myself. Fridge with milk, tea & coffee, microwave provided in the room.

Short walk to the central area. Be aware that the reception is not always staffed.. I arrived at 2pm on a Sunday when the reception should be open until 3pm but no one was there. Picked up the phone and was told to wait 10 minutes. Other guests opened the key box for me (I hadn’t been given the code) so I could get into the room.

In town, large spacious rooms, suitable for large families, 2 amenities, comfortable beds, cold aircondition, large TV and comfortable lounge, close to pool, family enjoyed pool, close to laundry, 24hr laundry, large kitchen and fridge. Would come here again and utilise same apartment for my family

Cigarette buts lying on drains leading to room, gardens need to be maintained, area outside need to be blown, hosed and cleaned. Debriz falling i to pool area, pool needs to be cleaned noodles broken. Signs noting Smoking area and put butts in bins provided. Needed cups, large knife or chopper, salad bowls, large saucepan

it was pretty good, bed was comfy and the balcony was good.

but noisy, could hear doors slamming and bathroom wasn’t clean when we got there but we cleaned it the following day.

Location was good. Room size was good. Room was very clean. Staff were friendly Access was good Thank you. Would recommend to others passing through. Nice place to stay

Parking out on street was a little unsettling for us. A lot of light in the room at night. Room was a little overdone with glen20 spray and could have been aired some more before our check in, however was finished not long prior to our arrival.
