Staff incredibly helpful. Location excellent Pool & gym downstairs outside building is just odd. Carpark level 2 no accessible roller door failure. Carpark level 3 roller door not operable so parking not secure. Building inside & out could do with some maintenance. Mattress bit soft for me. Room was large & clean, well provisioned. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved size of unit, balcony,2 bathrooms, parking.

Lounge furniture uncomfortable and not enough,needs upgrading. Cane patio furniture disintegrated just by touching it. Shower door in ensuite needs attention as water poured out onto floor. Could do with more cutlery. Instructions needed on how to work tv, as had 2 remotes. Took half an hour of pushing every button to get it working.

Location, cleanliness

Only one very small TV that did NOT work None of the digital channels could get a signal. The only thing available was Fox News, and who wants that. Couldn’t watch the Friday night footy. Not happy with that. No one contactable to complain

The room was a good size, comfortable and clean. They gave clear instructions for checking in after hours The staff were friendly and helpful - and wonderfully gave us a late check out when it was pouring rain and we had a late afternoon flight

The carpet and lounge needed a bit of TLC, but was still clean

Comfortable bed, huge room, clean kitchen and bathroom, centrally located, good wifi. Aircon in every bedroom. Would definitely book again.

Rooms were a bit musty on arrival but smell cleared quickly opening windows.

The apartment was bigger than I expected, I felt very comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed and I think this would be a very confortable apartment for a longer stay or for a bigger group.

The TV was on the small side compared to what you normally see.

The pool area was lovely, the rooms were a good size and fairly clean and staff were very friendly

Things were a bit worn down like the couch was very worn in the room, the toilet seat was broken and outside furniture definitely has seen better days.

Perfect, central location. Large apartment, big bedrooms, nice views from the balcony.

Couch was old and leather was coming off so was covered by a blanket.

I enjoyed the room, my bed was comfortable and I slept well.

Would have liked the toiletries to be replaced instead I had to go to Woolworths and buy my own

it was so close to everything and not far from the event we attended

one of the room keys didn’t work but we didn’t notice until after reception had left and because we were only staying one night we didn’t worry about fixing it. The key for the power didn’t work so the air cons didn’t work but the fans and lights did
