We had an amazing stay at BIG4 Gold Coast Holiday Park! The location is unbeatable—just minutes from Movie World, Wet’n’Wild, and Dreamworld, making it perfect for families visiting the theme parks. The facilities are fantastic, with a great water park, pool, go-karts, and playground to keep everyone entertained. We decided to upgrade from a Studio Cosy Cabin to a Family Cabin, and it was absolutely worth it! Our cabin was clean, modern, and well-equipped, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. With top-notch amenities, a fun atmosphere, and a prime location, we highly recommend this holiday park and can’t wait to visit again!

Even though you had other cabins right next door...it still felt private. The dining areas at the cafe had a beautiful ambiance as it was gradually getting dark and through the evening. The water park was absolutely fantastic. The pool and spas were so clean and spacious. The big jumping pillow was wonderful for the kids to burn off energy. The villa we stayed in was so welcoming with certain lights highlighting features. There were ample pillows and bedding. Operating features for the air con, dishwasher and tv were simple and easy to manage. Thank you.

There wasn't any where for older adults to sit and watch/supervise at the jumping pillow area of smaller children. ( I have damaged nerves in my back making standing for long periods a challenge) I didn't like that I had to end my time in this delightful park lol. I am already planning my next visit for next year.

Didn't get the opporunity to use the pool or cafe, walked around briefly and it looks lovely but heaps of kids. Room was well appointed and bed comfy, parking safe.

Would have loved to be able to see out of a window in the room. I felt a little harassed by the constant text messages asking me to fill out a pre-checkin survey that requested information that I did not yet have. I tried contacting the park about this but response was very slow. It turned out that it was no hassle to check in when we arrived, very simple and easy as normal - but the texts made it sound as though I was not going to be able to check in

We had the most "magical" stay at BIG4 Holiday Park! The pool and water park were wonderful, the food was amazing and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was spotlessly clean, beds were super comfy, and the shower had lovely hot water with great pressure. We rode around the park on go-carts, and the whole grounds were tidy and well maintained. The gardens were lovely, and we were lucky enough to spot some water dragons. We didn’t use the camp kitchen or laundry facilities, but it is a great option for families to have. The kids loved the tank of tropical fish in the kitchen area.

It's basically a little kids' paradise. You have everything you need in the complex to keep your ankle-biters entertained and worn out. You can literally run them ragged, let them hit the pool and jumping pillow, and feed them at the restaurant. Really great when you need a break from constant travelling.

There wasn't anything really. Maybe the location (next to a motorway) could be improved, as the sign of traffic is constant. However, that comes as part and parcel of being near the theme parks. There's nothing really walkable if you have little kids

The location was close to Movie World, the room was immaculately clean, the supplied coffee powder a was good one, the pool looked stunning. Well priced.

The bed was a bit firm and lumpy. Family noise at all hours; (completely expected, understandable and unavoidable, but listing for those who it might matter to). The restaurant is located within the wrist band area. Whilst I was not evicted on the occasion I forgot it, it is a nuisance. The wristbands also aren’t re-usable. Whilst they are durable enough to leave on for extended periods, if you do wish to remove it you need to cut it and buy another / carry it loose for the remainder of your stay. I also don’t understand the necessity for the wrist bands. You pay for the restaurant, and there is a passcode for nearby parking, meaning the occupants of the pool are either tenants or have walked a long way (unlikely).

the cabins were new feeling and really fresh and clean, i love that everything was close by and so much for the kids to do. staff were friendly and the cafe/food place in there was awesome

the splash park hours were abit annoying, it didn’t open until 11am and closed at 5pm which was weird as it was daylight savings and didn’t get dark until 8pm, and they were also super strict about the pool area wrist bans and if your child is under 110cm they can only go on the little slides

So many facilities to do with kids and family was such a relaxing and fun experience you didn’t need to leave the big 4 to go to any of the Gold Coast holiday experiences

We stayed in the motel near the reception and booked for a week. The lights outside the room where like spotlights that came into the room and there was nothing to do to block it out at night it was like it was 10am all the time. We we’re disappointed that there wasn’t any cutlery or bowels and plates available in the room to make cereal ect but there was a kettle and microwave but only mugs and cups and one spoon

We loved that you had so many different things for our boys to enjoy. And the beds were sooo comfortable. Also, we are so appreciative that you upgraded us to a Villa, that was such a lovely surprise and was a first for us to ever be upgraded. Everything about it was amazing.

I think the only thing that could use a little bit more improvement was the menu you have available with the Cafe. Maybe a few more different items but other than that the food was absolutely amazing

My son loved the water park and pool, it’s a great spot for families

We stayed in the motel part of big 4, everything was great except we didn’t have any plates or knives and forks supplied to use in the communal kitchen, in the motel nor the Kitchen. We ended up going to Kmart to buy a set which was a pain, we talked to a couple of other families that had to do the same. We had a hire car which made this easy enough to take care of but if you didn’t it would be quite annoying. OTHERWISE everything was perfect, we loved our little holiday and the convenience of the location.
