Large apartment with everything you need. The kitchen was fantastic with a full-size fridge, oven and dishwasher. Full laundry in the apartment (washer and dryer) - great for families for a weekend or longer stay. The apartment was very clean except for some areas (see below). The lounges were huge and so comfy!! Car parks are very long - can easily fit 2 cars length ways however be aware that they are narrow. Very quiet and the kids loved the pool.

The bathtub still had long brown/black hair in it and some pubic hair. Not a huge deal as washed them off before son got into the bath but could be cleaned better. Under the lounge chairs, there was some rubbish so these should be moved frequently for cleaning. Bedroom tv to have foxtel/internet access (similar to lounge tv) and would be great if there were tv's (with foxtel/internet) in the other bedrooms too so that kids can watch what they want. Lift needs a revamp or more in depth maintenance as it broke down a couple of times whilst we were there, however they were quick to fix.

The location for us was perfect as we were visiting family in a retirement village. Being able to have them join us for lunch around the clean and expansive pool and BBQ space was wonderful. The kitchen was well equipped and we found everything we needed for our stay. After departure we had left some items behind and the staff were very helpful.

The cleanliness of the bathrooms and the bedrooms was not great. In Bedroom two there was was appear to be snot on the wall wiped near the bed head, the floors were heavily coated with dust in the corners and the bathrooms had a musty smell.

We booked the top floor for three nights. The accommodation was generous in size. Three bedrooms, ensuite + additional bathroom, adequate laundry space, large kitchen, large entertainment area and large balcony with amazing view. Additionally a parking space was also provided which was great for the hire car. The beds were very comfortable, the couch too. Good mattress, pillows and blankets. Showers were spacious, good water pressure with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and towels supplied. Downstairs there’s a large pool with attached spa and BBQ facilities. We liked the location and found restaurants and attractions at our fingertips. It felt like a home away from home and we were very pleased with our stay and the communications with the friendly host were much appreciated.

With such a beautiful property I would recommend a little more tender, love and care to fit what’s on offer. The accommodation has had many guests and as time goes on there’s general wear and tear present that could be remedied easily. This said, it did not impact our stay whatsoever and the price paid was suited to the accommodation.

We stayed in the penthouse 3 bedroom apartment. It was very spacious, comfortable, clean, and tastefully decorated. There were nice partial ocean views. It was very easy to self-check-in after hours. The staff were great and called us within 10 minutes of checking out to let us know we had left behind a pair of AirPods. The resort is in great location for whale watching cruises as it’s right next to the marina. There are also lots of restaurants in this area. We thought it was excellent value for money.

It was a great place to stay as a family with little ones. We enjoyed the pool a lot, and it was great to have the facilities almost exclusively for us. The apartment was comfortable, good size rooms. It was great to have a bath in one of the bathrooms to bathe the kids. This self-contained unit had everything to enjoy the facilities, beach, and other attractions nearby.

It may need some maintenance. We reported some issues with the lights. Some extra cleaning in the common areas (including the couches) would be good. They did not affect our stay, but I mentioned them in case they have not been checked yet. The only annoying thing was the access to the pool; we either had to leave the building and come from a side gate or go down to the carpark and then across to the pool.

The apartment was very spacious and kept very clean. It was 2 bedroom and and it had 2 bathrooms, which was great when you have 2 couples. We had a great view from the balcony, even though the trees partially blocked the view of the ocean. That's okay, because we knew that before we booked. We had a great view of the pool and what was going on around us. It was good to have the 2nd toilet outside the second bathroom. Dana the Manager was great and ready to help us with any questions that we had.

I can't think of anything that we disliked.

The 3 bedroom apart are huge with a well-supplied kitchen. Very comfortable beds and big bathrooms. Stayed with a family of 6 and it was very comfortable. Very well maintained facilities, pool was heated in middle of winter for kids to swim; and onsite manager was super helpful. Would definitely stay again. Location just opposite boat club for whale watching.

Nothing.

Large and spacious 2 bed apartment as advertised; was clean and functional with enough crokery and kitchen utensils, etc; beds were very comfortable; both bathrooms were great with good water pressure; just off the main Espalanade, with views of the bay and a very easy walk to the marina. Really friendly and helpful staff to help you get the most of your stay. Whilst noise does travel really easily at this property, overall we did have a quiet, comfortable and really enjoyable stay.

Whilst modern and spacious, the apartment lacked a little character and warmth for my taste; main bedroom faced the rising sun (which is amazing) and the blinds let in a lot of the light (and for me, I like the room a little darker for sleeping, so take an eye mask - easy fix!). Overall, not significant to deter me from staying again.

Lovely accomodation.

My car park spot was used by another vehicle and I had to park in the street when I returned. I took a photo of offending vehicle. It was after hours when reception not manned. I didn’t want to cause any issue with out of hours contact. I left early morning from street (dark) and returned after manned hours. Check out was not open on sat am when left so I could not bring this to attention if staff when resident. Not a major issue but very frustrating as I had to use street parking and it was dark.

A huge 2bed 2bath apartment on the 5th floor. Well equipped kitchen and tastefully furnished apartment. Comfy beds. Everything very clean. Advertised as with a glimpse of water views. It was better than that. You could see to Kgari island. Great pool and bbq area. A very peaceful, well-kept complex.

Minor things - Blinds didn't blockout the 4.30am QLD sunrise. Management advised that appropriate window treatments are being considered for 2024. Free undercover parking is allocated, a good thing. Although parking spots are a bit tight.
