We enjoyed the small living room with attached kitchen and dining. We were happy they had coffee, sugar and cream. The unit was very clean, which these days is becoming hard to find. Very happy they have pet units available. They even had a water bowl prepared.

Did not like first thing in the morning while trying to drink a cup of coffee being loudly instructed by property mgmt. over my dog's barking at her to turn off porch light. I found that very intrusive and unnecessary.

Fantastic location on the beach, with an off-leash beach just across the road for the dogs to release energy after a long car journey. Friendly staff, good area for dogs to do their business just at the back of the villa. Secure undercover car storage. Lovely private veranda at front of villa.

No, or next to no internet connection, despite being advertised as having wifi. This is very disappointing in this day and age. This is not a remote location. Attention to detail was a bit lacking, as the villa sleeps 4 but there were only 2 bowls, 1 bread and butter plate and 1 dinner plate. Huge oversight that should not have occurred.

The bed wasn't suited to either of us, we hardly slept in 4 nights here. Maybe our ageing bodies 😆?"Apartment" was really only motel style room with hot plates & sink, it has new flooring & nice enough decor 😊 but could do with an upgrade. Tables & chairs on deck were most welcome when unable to sleep. I cannot comment on the pool itself because it was simply too cold 🥶, but excellent facilities including bbq , tables & chairs & sunbeds. We were on a visit to see our ill relative so only spent minimal time in the "apartment" The position suited us for this short visit. I would possibly stay again if bed was different.

The view to the sea bay from the apartment was very relaxing. It was furnished to my taste, with a beach vibe…light cane and wood occasional chairs and book stand with decor items and colours adding to the holiday feel. Two paintings, one of palm trees and one of Pandanus were peaceful to look at. Comfortable bed…a good nights sleep for 3 nights…Ensuite well appointed. All in all I enjoyed a nice break here…it was adequate for me travelling alone.

The problem with the condensation from an air conditioner? which I didn’t even turn on or water leak from somewhere?…causing damp cupboards and drips onto the cooktop from the rangehood, therefore couldn’t use the cooktop. There was also a missing flourescent light above the sink, so you had to use the light in the rangehood. There didn’t seem to be any checking of crockery or cutlery drawers- eg. really old broken scissors which couldn’t cut! Chipped plate. I had to dust the shelf/headboard on bed and TV…it hadn’t been cleaned. The kitchen bench wasn’t clean either. The rest of the apartment was reasonably clean and very comfortable. PS On checking out, the manager said he would get onto a plumber straight away.

Location was fantastic! The layout of the apartment was great, especially with the inclusion of a lockable garage. Bathroom was huge, clean and comfortable, PLUS really good lighting throughout.

The only thing I would critique is the cleanliness of the pots and pans in the cupboard. The pots had some food stuck to the base, so we didn’t use. I would just recommend updating these utensils as they seemed very worn/dirty… but everything else was great!

Veranda off room was lovely, comfortable and well maintained. The only downside was very little view of ocean through the trees. But I totally understand that this is a necessity for the environment.

What a pleasure it was to stay at your beautiful and well kept property. Everything was perfect from the moment I walked in the door. I loved the personal touches that you provided, very professional yet comfortable and enjoyable. Staying in a boutique apartment/accommodation was simply the best choice I made. The location is great-just across the street from the water. Very clean and pretty space. Comfy beds. Good shower. Kitchen had all the necessary appliances. The gentleman at reception was very helpful and lovely.

We couldnt lock the door, which wasnt a huge deal because we felt it was a safe area but this is something the property could attend to.

Unfortunately could hear every movement from upstairs guests other then that it was a great stay!

The room was lovely and had almost anything we would need for a stay. Even though we were ground floor, we could still see the water from the balcony of our room. If the plant in the garden wasn't as big would have been able to see more.

A couple of the appliances could use an update. But they work and did the job.
