Location and staff amazing. Rooms great size.

Pool is in an appalling condition with one side spa light literally floating with the electrical cord attached to it and sharp chunks of the pool bottom breaking away. This pool needs urgent repairs/re-doing to avoid serious injury. How it has been left to get like this is beyond me and definitely doesn't align with Mantra quality.

Excellent location right in the centre of Port Douglas and within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, 4 mile beach and the lovely marina. The two swimming pools were surrounded by beautiful trees and bushes and sun loungers were provided. Room was spacious with spa bath, shower and small balcony

The hotel did not have a bar or restaurant area. It would have been nice to perhaps have a social drink either round the pool or in a lounge

Great location for what I needed and walking distance to breakfast and dinner spots. Room was spacious and clean, comfy bed and friendly staff. Parking was easy and looked to have great pool facilities - that I hope to use next time!

Not a huge negative but I was travelling for work and did not have a desk in the room to work in the evenings

The location and set up around the central pool area. Very attractive planting. Kitchen

It needs a deep clean in some places. Very hard in a humid environment. The kitchen utensils could be better. Frypan not flat, egg flip nearly broken. No lids, only one bowl, nothing for microwave to speak of.

No reception staff after 6pm and front door locked so side entrances at first difficult to find int he dark on return from eating out . Had to drag suitcase myself up some stairs as upper level room . Lift did not go up to top floor. Could not find anyone to assist.

Direct access to the pool was amazing and my girls would be there 24/7 if they could. Room was super comfortable and the location was fantastic. Next door to supermarket and many restaurants, bars and shops. Also next to the marina and the Sunday markets. It was great to have underground parking as well. Just perfect!

Lovely place in an excellent location. With the main street to one side of the property,meals out and shopping are really easy. The pools and bbq facility are great. Our room (1 br swim out) was nicely appointed and very comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was very handy for our 5 night stay. Staff are friendly and obliging.

Having to ask for more coffee/sugar etc as staying for 5 nights and room not serviced during our time there. Also having to ask for a tea towel and face cloths - not provided.

The location was amazing. Just a hop, skip & jump and you were right on the main strip. The pools were a great hit too. Loved how they also provided shade.

Would have been good to have a mid stay change of towels - but a minor request.

Great facilities and staff super friendly. Pools and surrounding areas brilliant for adults and kids. BBQ area for gatherings is great. Location to everything from here is perfect.

Our appartment was overlooking Macrossan st, rather than the pool. The rooms didn't have enough plates and glasses for 5 of us.

You cannot beat the location! Right in the heart of Port Douglas, just a few minutes walk from most of the restaurants and pubs, shops, pharmacies and supermarket. Rooms were huge, bed was comfy and washer, dryer and clothes airer were unexpected benefits. Hot tip: There are two pools, but please note that the larger of the two is colder - definitely recommend swimming in the smaller pool.

Reception opening hours do not match those listed on the website. Wifi was “free” if you signed up to Accor.
