Staff were lovely. Very kind, helpful and accommodating. The location was absolutely fantastic and the underground parking very convenient.

The pool area and landscaping was quite run down and needed repairs. The sliding shutter doors were broken and needed repair or replacement. Some of the kitchen cupboards didn’t open properly and the base cabinets were a bit gross. Property needs a bit of maintenance in general.

Everything was very good. Its a bit of a rabbit warren to get around the property but that can't be fixed. Gridelda at the front desk was excellent, as was the guy (I dont recall his name)

We had to get someone to fix the balcony door (it had come off the runner). The young man (Ryan?) who fixed the door was rude, fixed it and walked out, barely said a word. The balcony shutters were very stiff and immovable. we called to get them fixed, which they were. Job well done.

The room was very spacious and the balcony with the kitchenette was brilliant. A lovely view from the balcony. Loved the fans on the balcony and inside as well as we didn't always need the air-con. The pool was lovely but needed a few more lounge chairs. Club Tropical was very central to everything that we needed. Will come again and hopefully get the same room.

It would be helpful to have the lift go to the 3rd floor. It was not easy carrying our luggage up the stairs to our room. The ventilation fan in the toilet came on at odd hours of the night. It was quite loud. There needs to be some sort of curtaining across the glass blocks in the bathroom to stop the light entering the main room at night when sleeping. It was too bright.

Loved the location.. very central and amazing views of the shore, marina and my favourite little white chapel… great sunsets from our balcony! Loved the staff and their willingness to always go above and beyond, Gisela was amazing and super helpful. Even was able to accomodate for our 1 year old by supplying a cot which saved us the extra luggage!

Location was close to Anzac Park a short walk to the Harbour and close to restaurants and shops. The pool was good clean and having the spa was a bonus

The pool area needs updating and refurbishing, the pool and the spa area was a little dated and needed some repair. The rooms although clean also needed a bit of updating and repair.

Had a great weekend stay at Club Tropical Resort, the location was wonderful being in the middle of the town’s restaurant and bar precinct. Room was well serviced, with a lovely balcony. Receptionist Gisela was super helpful, very friendly and accommodating for our stay!

Cannot say we disliked anything, all was above expectations!

There are no curtains in the room. We need to close the main window all the time if we want to change our clothes or have some privacy. Just curtain will solve everything. Apart from that, everything is excellent.

It was in a great location, friendly & welcoming staff. Everything is a walking distance. Locals are friendly too.

That glass window in bathroom needs a blackout curtain as the light in the hallway was shining bright all night through the bathroom door, other than that it’s a great resort. Perhaps a sensor light in the hallway would be a good idea.

The location was just incredible! Couldn’t have been better. We had a wedding at little cove and the wharf and it was a 2 minute walk to both. It is noisy with the bar across the street but we don’t mind that - however others might!

It felt quite dated but generally did the job fine!
