Location was brilliant right in the middle of the Port Douglas main street so everything was easy to walk to. The apartment was modern and well fitted out. Showers were great. Paul was very courteous, professional and helpful.

The Wi-Fi signal didn't reach out apartment (#16). You could only use it close to reception so it was no use. However, the mobile signal (Vodafone) was good (although only 4G) so it didn't really matter. But if you'd needed something high-speed for work then you would probably have to move rooms or work outside the room.

Beautiful 3 bedroom apartment. Property right in the middle of Macrossan Street- location location location. View of the marina from our apartment window was devine.

Unfortunately, the pool wasn’t heated. Which is one of the main reasons we booked at Saltwater

Manager / staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating we could not have asked for anything more from them, they were wonderful!

We did have an issue with one of the toilets that was not working during our stay which was a shame however thankfully we did have two other toilets available so this wasn't the end of the world (with 5 guests the 3rd toilet working would have been nice)

I quite sure I have already done this earlier on another email. Great unit, very comfy, we were upgraded which was lovely of Jason. Very central to everything. Great pool, lovely staff. Great that pool/beach towels are provided.

These are only minor things Pillows were too high for us. Plantation shutters some needed a little repair. Front door a little sticky. A/C unit said the filter need cleaning. Handtowel rail in Ensuite needs re glueing.

Jason and the staff are extremely accommodating, friendly and just overall great people! The accommodation is located in the best part of Port Douglas amongst the cafes and restaurants. The property was quiet, squeaky clean and is equipped with everything you need need for a comfortable stay. The WIFI connection was great too, absolutely no issues. I would 100% come back for a relaxing stay by the pool!

The apartment was spacious and spotless. So well equipped plus books and games provided which was a lovely touch. Jason was very helpful and welcoming. The parking was easy and free. The location is perfect, accessible to Coles across the road and all the shops. Short walk to beach. Pool is heated and very nice.

Saltwater apartments are in the best location in Port Douglas, extremely handy for going out to eat or shopping on Macrossan St. The apartments are exceptionally clean and well appointed in a modern, nautical style. The 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious, with heaps of room for a family of 4 with 2 teenagers.

There were no downsides really! The pool area was clean and well maintained, the pool isn’t huge but was plenty for us.

Situated on a main road so some noise (but not too bad) Building works next door created noise which was a bit annoying.

Location is very convenient, walking distance to everything. Perfect position to enjoy carnival, wander to the markets or stroll to the beach. We stayed in number 10, and had to everything we could have needed plus more. Really felt like we were at home with the coffee machine, platters, wine stoppers, just a very well stocked kitchen! if you need it, it was there. The beds were comfortable and the place was spotless. Jason was really lovely and made sure we were all set for a relaxed and fun stay. 100% booking in for the Carnival weekend next year!!!

the location was fantastic.

Our apartment No. 6 is supposed to be a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment but the supposedly main room has no privacy between the bathroom and toilet, it’s an open plan bedroom. The shower is directly in front of the toilet and is in a stand in spa bath with no curtain. as a result when you have a shower itthe floor, walls etc.
