Lovely clean rooms, great location- walking distance to everything. Quiet location. Lovely staff and quiet swimming pool- could use with some refurbishment

Some minor maintenance issues- the lock on one of the balcony doors was loose and if shut entirely would lock leaving you locked outside. Thank goodness my partner was inside and could let me in. Also the rubber tabs on the shutters were broken and could not be opened fully. Overhead fan knob also broken so could not be switched on

It’s central location

Couldn’t find a tv remote in one bedroom, no iron, Room door wouldn’t open and needed new batteries, my daughter had a broken wine glass in her room. the fire alarm went off at 2.30am not a single staff member there to help assure or count guests, this alarm had my injured daughter have to wake her sleeping then scared 5 year old, no one was given the all clear to re enter the. Building, no acknowledgment of it the next day, no staff to check out guests, 10am still no staff for check out or explain the situation

Location was good in relation to the rest of Port Douglas. It was within walking distance to all the things we wanted to do. Room was a good size. Pool was good.

There was quite a bit of noise from the pool filter / pump or air conditioners. We heard it from the 2 floor around middle of the corridor between room 25 and the laundry door. If we had our windows open, which we did as the evening temperature was lovely. Was not able to see a receptionist anywhere, even though it was between 0900 and 1600 hours.

Ideal location for restaurants, shops & the marina. Second room was great. When we rung the staff they were very helpful.

The first room we had, the really noisy birds were nesting in the tree outside. I had a migraine in the night, but we were moved to a quieter room which was great. Climbing into the bath to shower was difficult

arrived and had to use the black bat phone, then access the safe where our keys were. Nice room opposite the pool, couldnt wait to get in and found it was heated, brilliant. Then fireworks over the park went off. Nice evening. Comfortable room.

not keen on the size of area for loo, being on the large size, I either hit my elbow or nearly head butted the wall opposite, the space was smaller than we had in our caravan.

This place was one of the best places we have stayed at, exceptional value for money, the spa on the balcony was amazing! Balcony was a nice view we had a beautiful tree which would flower at night time, we also had the street view which was nice. The apartment was very large and spacious, it was just the two of us but would be very comfortable to have people around for drinks etc. great location to get into town, plenty of food options downstairs if you don’t want to walk a couple minutes so was very convenient, pool was nice.

The apartment was spacious and airy with plenty of fans and aircon. Very well located for marina, supermarket and shops. Lots of items provided such as toiletries, kitchen utensils etc. What I loved most was the feature spa bath which I made the most of on every day of my trip!

The bed was 2 singles pushed together rather than a double bed.

Great location with walking distance to restaurants, cafes and shops like Coles & K Hub. Our room was spacious and bathroom extra big. Liked having kitchenette with good sized sink. We made use of our balcony. Room was well presented & clean. Great to have complimentary undercover parking.

Walls need more insulation- we could hear our neighbours' movements, talking, phones ringing etc. To enter the shower it requires a fairly high step over bathtub. This would be hard & dangerous for elderly.

Such an awesome position local to any shop/bar in the village. Wonderful spacious unit and incredible spa on accessible balcony

The couch was incredibly uncomfortable there was no support in it at all. The TV being in front of the louvre wall barn doors made it impossible to have g t v on off someone was in bed.

Very good position. Right in the main village of Port Douglas. Shops, pubs and restaurants downstairs, marina straight behind, markets out the side, perfect spot. Clean, tidy room with balcony, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and basic kitchen gear (plates, cutlery etc). Coffee & tea. Spa bath and shower with good size bathroom & vanity area. No need to pack beach towels, they are provided along with bath towels, all linen and soaps, shampoo, conditioner and body balms. Great value for money! It was off-season, so reception are open for check in & check out only but can be reached by phone if needed outside those times. Staff are helpful & layed back, with that awesome far north queensland friendly character. I definitely recommend this place for top value for the $$ and I'd definitely stay again.

Pool area was little dated & weathered however still very useable with pool, spa and bbq area (gas bbq and outdoir tables, chairs and pool lounges) King bed was 2 singles pushed together, which is common, however one bed was lower than the other and made the middle a little uncomfy and with wheels on a tile floor the bed does roll around the room a bit. Nothing too bad and for the great price it was no big deal.
