stayed here for a second time due to an emergency, check in was fast and friendly and they remembered me from previously room was clean and comfortable, enough space to sort all my luggage out and prepare a meal the rooms are dated but it's very affordable and clean, with everything you need for a comfortable stay, I had no problem with the room parking directly in front of the door is a bonus as there's only 2m to walk with luggage

aircon in 19 was super loud even on lowest setting, there may be a quiet mode button but I couldn't work it out bed lights appear to not be working but plenty of other lighting in the room so we weren't bothered

clean comfortable bed great shower pressure friendly and helpful reception great park immediately in front of room fast easy check in and out incredibly close to multiple food options strong air con good amenities in room for a night stay - kettle, microwave

road noise at night was very very loud in the front unit (17) but this is no fault of the hotel, maybe some soundproofing treatment to the outer wall or around door would help

Getting to the reception I was greeted with a smile and felt welcomed straight away, and I was still able to park my car in the car park through the back entrance as I needed a higher clearance than 2.2m. Thank you for great overnight stay.

Bed comfortable, plenty of hot water, great shower head, was given ground level room as requested, plenty of parking, close to everything

Shower door wouldn't close properly, unnoticeable step from lounge to bathroom, no light bulb on one side of the bed, other lightbulb was way too bright.

Great location. We have stayed here a number of times and usually are downstairs. Had a room upstairs that appeared renovated and had a separate bedroom area which was great.

Not a lot of seating space to eat meals.

Comfortable, clean and the staff are friendly. Loved the removable shower head with the various settings, a real treat for a motel to have!

Just the drip I could hear in the aircon in my room but most probably wouldn't hear it (I'm just sensitive haha) but I will be back should I need to stay in Rocky again!

On the main road through Rocky, like nearly all motels but right near Maccas or HJ's for those that want Fast Food, but heaps of restaurants in and around the CBD, so close by. Gave me a ground floor room as i requested so much appreciation for that.

The Aircon needs a service or something as it's quite noisy.

Location is great if you need a quick overnight stay or two. With food outlets just a few steps away. Fuel station nearby. Staff was very friendly and check in was fuss free. It has enough parking to cater from big and small vehicles. Pool for a quick swim. The beds are comfy too. Price is very reasonable.

Only downside was it is situated near the main busy road. So traffic noise is there however it also means you can't miss it if you were looking for it. Easy to locate.

The room was spacious enough for how many we had staying. The items provided in the room were extremely helpful, and well placed, beds were comfortable. Staff were very helpful with late check-ins for us and helping direct to facilities. Overall one of the best places we have stayed in.

The shower head in our room was a bit broken, but nothing so bad that it ruined the stay.

This motel is directly opposite the bus depot. It was spotless, super king bed with beautiful crispy linen AND there were Biscoff Biscuits for with your cuppa when you arrive. The owner was super helpful organising a taxi for an early trip to the tilt train. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.
