We liked the location as in walking distance to Rockhampton Leagues Club and other eateries. I liked that they had washing facilities to wash our clothes. Our kitchen was excellent also and having hair dryer and all toiletries available to use.

The only thing was the traffic noise but after our first night we didn’t hear it.

Our second time @ the Archer in two years. And our second time dining @ Trufusion in Quay St. We came back to Rocky especially for the delicious & authentic Indian menu. Great location, walking distance to Quay St and easy to get to+fro the loop bicycle ride around Rocky suggested by the visitor centre.

Would rather have been on the ground floor as we had a bit of stuff to haul upstairs. It is a bit noisy on the main road, but that's the trade off for the location

Quiet room - I said no only due to the traffic noise which is a given on a busy main road but the motel itself was quiet and always a pleasant stay. This is my 3rd visit and it’s always very comfortable especially for my dogs and us very close to the Showgrounds. The recommendation to the Malaysian House Restaurant for takeaway was EXCELLENT!!

Location was perfect as it was only about 120 metres from the Rockhampton Table Tennis Club. The room was large and it had a great bathroom and shower..I was also able to check in early saving at least w hours waiting until the designated check in. FREE Bottled water was good.

Motel reception area didn't have a fresh air vibe. More ventilation would achieve that.

Room was clean, extra pillows and remotes sanitised and bagged. The shower was extra large with a rainfall showerhead and good water pressure. Handy location and pleasant staff.

Bathroom was long & narrow, as was the actual access to the shower, & while we didnt have too many issues with it, larger people will definitely have challenges. Room repairs going on to a neighbouring room continued until 8.15pm

The location is good as is the price. Always clean

We were on upper level. It was very noisy from transport traffic all night. There is no lift only stairs which are not good for elderly people Taps in the shower were very hard to turn on & not possible with arthritis. They are old & need replacing.

So clean easy check in and out comfortable beds and nice amenities

The only think was our smart TV would not load Netflix and no channels were scanned in very annoying tried to scan in and only two channels came up as we were only staying one night didn’t bother reception but it should be already working otherwise lovely stay

Very comfortable bed and excellent shower

No way to lock the door from the inside other than with the chain which felt a little uncomfortable. We went out for dinner and got back around 9:30 pm. There was no parking left and had to park on the street. As free parking is included in the booking it was disappointing not having a park.

When I approached them for an extended check-out time, and the reason I gave about an essential meeting, they offered me free use of their meeting room facilities.

I had a blocked basin in the bathroom, for which I notified management.

The bathroom was modern and very clean and the shower was amazing! The room had more than we had expected like tea, coffee, milk and biscuits. The room was super clean and the lady at reception was really friendly and helpful.

Nothing to comment on, everything was great.
