Love the location and the staff were super friendly. Rooms are always well-looked after and the blockout curtains make holiday sleep-ins so much better. Shower pressure for one of our rooms was exceptional.

The parking spots are super close together and to poles so I was scared to park when the car park was close to full. The towels were freshened when needed but for a one week stay, they wouldn’t refresh any of our bedding/linens.

This facility was amazing - management went above and beyond to assist us. We booked here as a last minute decision having realised that the place we originally booked was less than satisfactory- the manager quickly found us a room here and it was neat and tidy and new and fresh - this is the best place we have ever stayed at - can not fault anything.

The room was tidy and clean. We had traveled all day so to be able to buy frozen meals in Emerald knowing there was a microwave was amazing, unfortunately there was no cutlery, but we made do. Staff were friendly and the reception was open until 9pm. Bed was super comfortable. The room we stayed in was back away from the highway.

The room was good and suited my needs for the night and the restaurant was part of the motel so it made it very easy to get dinner, this was my first time at this motel and wont be my last, the people in the reception were very friendly and helpful.

Big room with a very comfortable bed. Loved the wide screen TV. Spacious bathroom with shower and toilet. Parking straight outside the unit.

I was disappointed that there were no dinner plates, bowls or cutlery despite having a microwave. Thankgoodness the road noise settled down later in the night. Would have liked a ceiling fan.

The restaurant never open during Xmas period to dine in. They have really nice food. We always love dining in.

So convenient, super clean and good value. Have stayed here before and would definitely stay again.

Being so close to the highway, there is a noise factor, however not enough to stop me staying. The facilities over ride that factor.

Location was ideal, driving distance to centre of town. Everything was available in the room for a passing through, overnight stay. Restaurant is cosy and serves wonderful dishes. Would definitely stay again.

No breakfast,easy location restaurant closed but meals ordered to room service. That will have to do I don’t talk much.

good restaurant-good shower- good internet- good Air con quite good stay.

no knife in room - fridge not cold enough- bed was made too tight plus bottom sheet should be a fitted sheet. power points all cracked. could be dangerous . skirting near door kept falling off. no equal in room ( sugar substitute) light above bed full of insects.
