The breakfast was a wonderful addition, especially for price. The Thai restaurant was fresh and lovely and well priced, especially with discount on online/room delivery. Staff were fantastic and so friendly and helpful. Room had everything you need and clean. Beds were comfy.

One plate was not clean (under another so would've been grabbed and unseen). Shower was cold in the early evening for 2 showers but became hot again for 3rd person and was hot in morning. Wouldn't stop us staying again cause service was fantastic and these couple things aren't due to neglect.

The manager Lily and her staff were excellent - VERY accommodating with all my requests for extra blankets and pillows etc - also for access to a table for me to conduct some business. Very friendly also. Shower was EXCELLENT - great water pressure and plenty of hot water - very happy with the room

Breakfast could have been better - fresh fruit and better options for people that do not eat lots of carbs - fruitsalad and yoghurt with maybe a granola would be great. Only other issue was road noise - being on the highway into town meant lots of trucks going past.

I normally stay at Q motel when I’m in Rocky. It’s a good location and I love the Thai takeaway onsite and the free buffet breakfast. Since I started staying here, they have modernised lots. There are now power sockets handy for the beds and reasonable standard wifi.

A couple of maintenance issues with the room. A bit of a leak in the bathroom (mentioned to cleaner on departure) and a broken shower gel dispenser in the shower. Some of the rooms seem to get better wifi than others. This one was mediocre. And noisy neighbours and road noise led to a less than perfect nights sleep.

Stayed in an executive room. It was upstairs which we were aware of. There are no lifts so you do need to go up two flights of stairs. Had a balcony, queen bed, single bed as well as a couch, desk and fridge. Very good sized room with plenty of room. Plenty of lights. Bed was comfortable. Good price. Motel is on the main road into Rockhampton so be aware that there will be road noise. The complimentary breakfast is an assortment of cereal, pancakes, toast and muffins. There is also juice and coffee. Enough to get your day started.

Was not a lot of parking for the amount of rooms. Pillows were soft.

We stayed in the unit with 2 bedrooms and found it to be good value. The free breakfast was excellent, very impressed to have such a selection included in the room price. Manager/receptionist was great, friendly and very helpful. My only issue was that the room needed better window covering as it, like 99%of motels, is too bright when trying to sleep. I also found the Thai restaurant excellent, superb food and big portions was great value. I did send them a sms message the next day to tell them how great their food was. Best Thai food we have had in years.

As I said above the rooms too bright, would prefer it to be darker. Did have a problem with people talking outside at around 1.30 am for over an hour. I realise we could phone manager to complain but I didn't, maybe signs are required in the parking area to tell them to shut up after 9.30? Some people are just ignorant.

The property was in a good location and fairly close by to most things. We had an excellent breakfast that they provided at no extra cost. The staff were very accommodating as we arrived there late in the evening and they put the keys in a safe so we could collect at our leisure and also sent a message if we required a meal that they could arrange but we had already eaten but it was nice to know that they would have provided something of cause at a cost. The room had an outdoor balcony and excellent water pressure with the shower. It wasn’t a five star room but it was comfortable and probably everything we needed at a quite reasonable rate. Would recommend if you want something cheap and comfy.

We couldn’t find a lot wrong with what we paid for it. Only thing was that it was up stairs as I had a large heavy suitcase to carry up but that isn’t their problem as I could have requested a room without stairs but I didn’t even think of it when I booked it.

Close to venue and to shops and restaurants. The self service breakfast is ideal. The Thai food that was offered for sale and delivered to the room was of very generous portions and more than we could eat in the one meal. The reception staff welcomed us and wanted us to feel very welcome.

The passing traffic on the main road is ongoing and loud. Rooms further from the road would be somewhat quieter, I should think,

The rooms were spacious and clean for the price we paid. Breakfast was good too, with a few simple but options we were satisfied with. The manager Lily was sweet and had a brief conversation with us. The motel is just on the city centre and has many options for food and other amenites. This is a good option for travellers and very budget friendly.

Nothing much to complain about with this budget.

These guys are our go to accommodation when we are in Rockhampton. The rooms are clean and tidy and the beds are really comfy. The included continental breakfast is just what you need to start the day. With a good choice of juices, pancakes. Muffins, about a dozen varieties of cereal, yoghurt, a variety of bread and tea or coffee, everything you need to get you going in the morning.

Nothing, this motel is true value for money.

Great value for money. It was a shame I couldn’t try the Thai restaurant everyone is raving about as I ran late although they do offer to leave it in your room (I just didn’t want it cold). Great communication & easy check in for after hours. Very clean and fresh (don’t be put off by the exterior building, the rooms were clean and very tidy). Super comfy bed and shower blows you away with the pressure 🤩

Honestly there isn’t really anything to complain about. If I had to be picky I would say that the pillows were far too high although I had bought my own pillow so it didn’t bother me. An earlier breakfast would’ve been nice also as a lot of people like to be on the road before 6am. I would definitely stay again given the price bracket. You get more than you pay for with this place.
