Loved the view of the river. The beds were very comfy.. the body wash etc were really nice quality and smelt amazing.

Only thing I didn’t like was that we were given bay 18 in the paid car park which is right up against brick wall, almost side scraped my car , would of been nice to have been asked if we had a 4wd or not and given a better turn in park.. especially since there were barely any cars staying in there . $400 a night I don’t think is worth it though, we stayed in nicer places for cheaper and with amazing views.

The service is great. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. The amenities are good. The staff were very good. The housekeeping was great. Nowadays most places will offer no room upkeep service while someone is staying unless requested. But here we came back to freshly made beds every day and it was an amazing feeling. The view from our balcony was superb. I got to enjoy sunrises and sunsets and the moon rise every day. I would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

The washing machine seems to have not been cleaned. The seals were black and there was black liquid pooling in the seals. I used about 15 disinfectant wipes to clean the seals a bit before I could comfortably use it. But except for this tiny thing, everything else was great.

The best think about the quest is the location. Opposite the river and within walking distance to restaurants and the art gallery, theatre and shops. The price is more reasonable than their more expensive neighbours and the staff are great. The rooms aren't huge but it's comfortable and has all you need. It's also close to the bridge so it's easy just to drive over to the northside.

The only thing I don't like is the cramped parking although it is secure but once I park up I don't move my car again. Better off on foot. And they don't have a restaurant but there's good restaurants nearby so it's not a huge issue.

We were so happy with every aspect of our short stay at the Quest. From the start we were welcomed by Gabrielle who went above and beyond to welcome us and accommodate us during our stay with information on local attractions and transport. Gabrielle was professional and personable, we all thought she was brilliant. The apartment was immaculate, extremely clean and well appointed.

the view and balconies were amazing bonus especially with a amazing view. there are few properties in Rockhampton with good size balconies and the ones at Quest are great. The rooms are very spacious and noise cancelling. everything was great. however, the oven was a little squishy to access, being right beside the wall of the living area. A mounted wall oven would have been perfect and possibly the dishwasher placed at the end. or a cupboard. furniture was modern and neutral. maybe a larger outdoor setting as this was a family suite with a small round table and two chairs for balcony.

the entrance door to the room did not stay open and was very heavy. Therefore, it was difficult to get luggage through especially when it was loaded up on a luggage trolley.

The location is great and the two-bed apartment, which we booked, is a great size with an ensuite and a separate detached bathroom with laundry facilities. The kitchen is river-side with a lovely view (note - the Fitzroy River is muddy but still picturesque) and gave us all we needed to be able to self cater when we wanted to, with a full-size fridge. While there is no restaurant or cafe on the premises, you are within easy walking distance of a Coffee Club, tapas bar (Skyrings) and then the Criterion Hotel (if you want pub food).

Nothing much really - we were on the 9th floor and right next to the bridge, but the glazing is so good, with the windows closed you just don’t hear the traffic (except very now and then a large truck, but really only faintly). This means you need to keep the aircon at night to keep the air flowing, but given all the other benefits of this property, would happily stay there again.

Big spacious rooms with king beds. 2 bathrooms, one with laundry facilities and a kitchenette. All lovely and clean.

Only thing that wasn’t great, but still nothing to really complain about, is the secure parking. Very tight spaces if you have a big car. Little cars are fine. Also, there is no restaurant attached to the building. But this also isn’t a big problem with so many eating options close by.

We had a corner room, with balcony on the river and at the side with lovely views, my wife was excited with the spectacular sunrise and sunset views, very comfortable rooms, big master bedroom, superb laundry, and massive TV. Location was awesome for walk to restaurants and bars close by. Staff were welcoming and very obliging, apartment was spotless, as indeed the entire property was. Lovely 2 day relax, thank you Quest.

Everything was good except for the 2 items in the next box.

It was raining when I arrived. Street parking was awkward, so I did get wet getting into reception. This would be something I would have to consider before booking again. Parking: very hard to find a space, and, to get my car into the spaces. There were a lot of big 4WD, the problem ones for me are the twin cabs especially if they have the long trays. The parking would be another consideration before I book again.

The location is perfect and the river views are fabulous. We love the laundry, good quality washing machine and dryer. Staffs are very nice. Contacted us a few days before and waited for us till 5pm on Christmas Day.

The kitchen and cooking area is far too small and I don't think we can properly cook. So we didn't cook while we stay.
