It was very close to where I had to go and the shopping centre was only 5-10 minutes walk from the motor inn. It was clean and tidy and the garden and pool area was neat and clean but the weather wasn’t that good to use this area as it was the start of winter and it was cold

Maybe the hot water for the shower which you had to have onto full hot as it was still just warm, I know this could put the cost up but on cold mornings like it was when I was there it felt like you was having a cold shower as the hot water was not hot enough.

Location was ideal. Short walk to Woolworth's grocery store and a quick drive to Stocklands. Car under cover, appliances worked and bed was comfortable.

Got used to the traffic noise quite quickly. The slightly uneven floors left me a bit off balance at times. Would have liked a restaurant brekkie but was closed during our stay.

I liked that I had the best night sleep straight around 7-8 hours without waking than I’ve had in so many years I can’t remember I did have a long drive plus 2 alcoholic drinks and sleeping meds but I had the best sleep but the beets was uncomfy the mattress is to hard so was the single bed mattress

the office closes to early we were travelling adhoc go with the flow find a hotel and stop before dark for a sleep then start again tomorrow morning we’ll the office called me at 5pm approx asking when are we arriving to the hotel I said 5.20 pm well we arrived at around 5.25 pm she shut the office up almost she said she was closing at 5.45 pm lucky we got there to get the keys and checkin

Room and bathroom were so much larger than I had expected. Finding the hotel was incredibly easy, staff were great, check in was quick and easy. Cleanliness was great. We had everything we needed for our 1 night stay. Looking forward to returning on our way back home for another night.

Although the shower was amazing, you couldn’t move the shower head without it spraying water over the roof and wall.

Beds were ok, however it could have been better, was still nostalgic as I'd stayed there as a kid and they were the same as they were in the late 80's and 90's... could do with a little updating, however great value for money and would stay there again... lets see what the new management does there now that they've taken over.

A tad outdated and older room smell, the new management should start to shine with some much needed TLC... the main issue we suffered is that some of the other guests kept smoking right in front of our room.

Pool area lovely and clean, spacious and blocked off from main road. Close to everything. Really nice staff. Easy parking.

Kitchenette facility very tight but had everything you need. Shower door opens outwards...kids left it fully open and i walked into it to get to the toilet. So glass was definetly clean😆

Due to car problems and our driver being in Sarina we were all messed about for two days and during this time the staff were extremely understanding and helped us whenever we needed extra help for example late check-out. It was convenient to our family and shopping centres.

As I use a walking stick it would have been nice to have some sort of railing to hold on to in the shower. Other than this we felt it was value for money.

Affordable accommodation for our family passing through Rockhampton. Basic but clean. Good value for money. Located near supermarket so we could walk to get supplies (did not want to get back in car after driving all day)

Waterpipes noisey on occasion.

My 21 year old son and i stay at David Motor Inn on Rockhampton it was very comfortable, clean, close to public transport and really nice owners. We had a single room with 2 single beds and a queen. It was perfect for us.

The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable, and it had everything we needed for the night of stay. Will be staying again if we travel up north qld.

It's just a bit noisy from the road, but it is okay once we go to sleep.
