Very Clean, great size room. Great view and very friendly staff. Great parking and location.

Bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast buffet was expensive and the food was terrible 1/10. No where to unpack and place your clothes. 4 coat hangers and one small port rack. We had our suitcases opened on the floor. Either do much space in room a cupboard and dining table is more important than a desk. Pool was too public and next to the car park and restaurant. Wouldn’t take much to give it a resort vibe. Extend the fence, surround it with trees and hedges, put in a bbq and pool lounges. A waterslide would be a big attraction.

The hotel is very well located — right on the river and in walking distance to cafes and restaurants. It has 24-hour reception and the rooms are secure. All amenities worked well. Anjuta was particularly helpful and friendly, and should be commended for her excellent customer service.

The carpet needed to be replaced as it is stained. The bath would be considered unsafe to enter and exit for many people, especially the elderly, due to the height of the tub; it should be replaced with a walk-in shower. Providing more utensils and a toaster would be helpful.

Extremely comfortable bed and pillows. Great view. Loved the very soft carpet (usually hotel/motel carpeting is rough as it's for businesses).

Not enough undercover car parking. Took air-conditioner a very long time to cool room. No ceiling fan. Only one small mini container of milk for 2 people, not really enough to make 4 cups of coffee/tea (2 cups each). Suggest 1 mini milk per person. Some instructions on how to use the coffee maker LOL I was able to work it but partner couldn't.

The staff were lovely, the queen room we had was a good size. The location was across from the river, even though we had a room with the city view it was good. Our cost included the breakfast which was lovely. It was a decent price for a Sunday night but a Saturday is a lot more expensive.

The outside of the building could do with a spruce up otherwise nothing to complain about.

The friendliness of staff, they were great! The location was also perfect, close to everything and right in the middle of where we needed to be; less than a 10 min drive from the airport.

The bathroom was a little run down in the bath/shower area but all still fully functional and the price per night was reasonable so don't really mind. The pool could do with being privatised a little better, very open to passers by as the car park seemed to be used as a general public walk way.

Location was perfect Lovely view of the river Staff were all fantastic and all accommodating We stayed an extra night to what we had booked and that was very easy to organise Breakfast was included in our room and was yummy

Shower set up caused water to go all over the floor each time you showered, creating a slippery wet floor to have to get out of the tub on to and try not to slip. Air con was either freezing or hot, there didn’t seem to be an in between.

The pillows on the bed a way too thick, alright to lean against if you are reading a book, but much too thick to sleep on. We ended up putting them on the floor and slept without a pillow which wasn't very comfortable. There needs to be an option (even if it's stored in the cupboard) of a thinner pillow.

That there was a bit of mould in the shower & the power point in the bathroom didn't work Not enough towels Not enough information about about the room Eg how to turn the shower on bc I tried by turning the taps on but the water only came out of the bath tap It took me nearly 5 minutes how to change it from the bath tap to the shower

My booking request was for a river view and we received it. The room was in great condition and clean. No noise heard. Great View of the Fitzroy River. Coffee Machine worked well. Iron board provided and hair drier provided, all worked. The restaurant had great menu, food was cooked to perfection and yummy cocktails.

Friendly staff and good central location. Hotel room was big with comfy bed and bedding. Bathroom and balcony needs renovating but still clean and had what I needed. Could easily cast to the tv which was a bonus. Parking limited but plenty of local street parking. Restaurant was great, although a bit pricey. Overall happy with stay.
