Booking in was excellent as my plane was late. The manager stayed back to let me in and we kept in communication during the hold up at the airport. The manager was very congenial and happy to engage even though I'd arrived late and when I took ill, he offered to help with my bags and organising a taxi. I'd also made an error with the night I'd booked but the manager noticed that the day before and made sure to save me a room. The room was very clean - new carpet was a bonus - and the sheets and towels were of excellent quality. the shower, while a bit out of date, had very hot water so I enjoyed that too.

I had no complaints.

Plenty of car parking, Beautiful and clean, all working washing and drying facilities, the beds were very comfortable, the towels were thick and soft, shower was amazing, rooms were spacious, great tv and coffee facilities, check in was easy and friendly, room service was quick , the restaurant is beautiful, the food fantastic, service amazing. Very friendly, accomodating, luggage racks inside the room, all perfect after a long drive, and very reasonably priced.

All of the stay from start to finish was exceptional.

Bed was comfy. Nice warm, reasonable pressured shower.. took a few minutes to get it warm. Room felt Safe and had a great clean smell. Tv was adequate. Fridge was cold and enough space. Everything was clean within the room. We got dinner to the room on the first night. You need to see them direct don’t use the QR code as suggested. Food was lovely. Pool looked great but we didn’t use due to weather.

Walls are thin but luckily not too rowdy of neighbours. Don’t hear the street though. Car parks are not allocated and are very tight but if you are lucky you’ll get an under cover one or there is more out in the gravel area out the back. Bins in hallway were overflowing the 3 nights we were there. Dirty linen in the hallways after the first night and remained once we left. Staff seemed a bit distant and lost - maybe no management in place and short staffed perhaps.

We requested a ground floor room with no warning and our request was granted even though we had the feeling there was some juggling needed to do so. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was very comfortable. We were not intending to stay in Rockhampton and literally booked and arrived within five minutes around 7.30pm. The location was brilliant, central, close to restaurants and easy to find.

A little dated but expected for the price. Well maintained and clearly the owners are upgrading amenities.

I didn’t like that they didn’t have a motel book the ones that tell you all about the motel check in and out times where you can leave keys if you want to leave early. facilities available etc.

The stay was fine. Had everything we needed. Bed was comfy and clean. Room was spacious and power outlets everywhere in the room so we were never short of a charged phone, iPad or laptop. Fresh towels delivered to our room daily. Had a toaster, microwave, jug and variety of condiments.

Shower was very weak, most of the time it was a dribble and had to be 90% hot water (which was actually the cold tap) 10% cold (which was hot tap) for it to be luke warm, otherwise it was either freezing cold or burning hot. That was probably the only negative from me. Parking was a bit tight for those with bigger vehicles. They only have a handful of car parks for the amount of rooms they have, but they do have an area at the back of motor inn for overflow.
