Bed was comfy. Nice warm, reasonable pressured shower.. took a few minutes to get it warm. Room felt Safe and had a great clean smell. Tv was adequate. Fridge was cold and enough space. Everything was clean within the room. We got dinner to the room on the first night. You need to see them direct don’t use the QR code as suggested. Food was lovely. Pool looked great but we didn’t use due to weather.

Walls are thin but luckily not too rowdy of neighbours. Don’t hear the street though. Car parks are not allocated and are very tight but if you are lucky you’ll get an under cover one or there is more out in the gravel area out the back. Bins in hallway were overflowing the 3 nights we were there. Dirty linen in the hallways after the first night and remained once we left. Staff seemed a bit distant and lost - maybe no management in place and short staffed perhaps.

A little dated but expected for the price. Well maintained and clearly the owners are upgrading amenities.

We requested a ground floor room with no warning and our request was granted even though we had the feeling there was some juggling needed to do so. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was very comfortable. We were not intending to stay in Rockhampton and literally booked and arrived within five minutes around 7.30pm. The location was brilliant, central, close to restaurants and easy to find.

I didn’t like that they didn’t have a motel book the ones that tell you all about the motel check in and out times where you can leave keys if you want to leave early. facilities available etc.

The stay was fine. Had everything we needed. Bed was comfy and clean. Room was spacious and power outlets everywhere in the room so we were never short of a charged phone, iPad or laptop. Fresh towels delivered to our room daily. Had a toaster, microwave, jug and variety of condiments.

Shower was very weak, most of the time it was a dribble and had to be 90% hot water (which was actually the cold tap) 10% cold (which was hot tap) for it to be luke warm, otherwise it was either freezing cold or burning hot. That was probably the only negative from me. Parking was a bit tight for those with bigger vehicles. They only have a handful of car parks for the amount of rooms they have, but they do have an area at the back of motor inn for overflow.

Good central location and only a short walk to Foodworks for convenience items. There was a microwave that wasn't mentioned on the website as part of the kitchen amenities so it was awesome to not need kettle only cooking.

One of the single beds had a broken center leg and my daughter found it difficult to lay on it, the other children refused to swap beds with her (she's the heaviest of the 4). I couldn't work out how to turn the air-conditioning in the children's room on and parking was "tight".

Was a excellent location and price for stopping overnight to break a long drive down to Brisbane. Room was all you needed, comfortable bed, large hot shower, TV, mini fridge & coffee making. Bonus that there was a in-house restaurant that we could get a "pub style meal" and not have to eat "take-away junk food". Would stay here again without hesitation.
