It was immaculately clean and the staff were super friendly and I really commend their PR skills. I was made feel very welcome as the staff at main office were more than accommodating. Located very close to where my appointment was and easy to access. Value for money and one of the best I’ve seen in a very long time. Very satisfied with the service provided and also had an amazing meal at their restaurant which was cheap tasty and presented beautifully. I highly recommend anyone to stay here. Very impressed. I can’t say a bad word about anything accept parking my 4WD was a bit tight. No problems for a small to medium size car with power steering but for a big car there is very little room to move around.

Although the building is fairly old, everything worked perfectly, and the bed was very comfortable. The rooms are clean, and although right next to the Bruce highway, the rooms are also quiet. Staff are nice. Free WiFi is a good inclusion. The fridge could be just a little bigger to accommodate people who are staying for a few days, but that is a minor thing. Great value for money, recommended, and I will definitely stay here again.

Property was absolutely spotless and had everything you would for a short stay. It is a self catering type room. We were comfortable, linen and towels were fresh. We enjoyed ourselves in Rockhampton and did a lot of walking as some locations were very close. For breakfast we used Cafe Bliss in the next street. We would stay at Hampton Villa if we are in the area. Its a well run professional establishment. There is a restaurant next door which makes delicious Indian food.

A simple, old yet clean room that served us well on our stay. Housekeeping visited regularly and did a great job, and the other staff were very friendly. Had lots of spare carparks on the property for guests to use, and a decent pool!

There a few little things that could be fixed up, like the shower door not sealing and swinging open, and a bit of old build up in the kettle, and keys that were a bit tricky to open the door with, but all things that you'd find at most motels.

The overall experience was good. Funny part was randomly getting the room number of my favourite number. Liked having parking. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Considering it was only an overnight stay, it was fairly priced. Overall I'd probably stay there again.

The room was slightly smaller than i was expecting. Bathroom was a little cramped. The bar on the towel rack easily fell out. Not sure if that was by design.

Owner and manager along with staff were nothing short of accommodating, pleasant and professional. I recommend anyone to stay at this motel due to their demeanour towards their occupants!! 10/10

Manpreet was exceptional he made sure our stay was 100% comfortable and trouble-free. Our room was clean, and ready when we arrived. I will book again next time we are in Rockhampton. He treated us like VIPs—easy parking and convenient as we travelled via car. He looked after us and made sure our stay was amazing

No faults there to didn't like. Everything from the booking and room was perfect

We took a queen room with 2 beds. We had everything we needed, beds were comfy, everything worked, good shower, enough room for bags, etc. Good value for money, great value for families. A little dated, but everything was clean and well presented.

Oddly the small widescreen flat television was stuck in 2:3 aspect and stubbornly refused to be changed.

Clean room, nice clean towels. Shampoo, conditioner, soap and small cartoon of milk provided and tea towel. 70's spa was loud but it worked!

Door lock didn't work well, safety chain didn't work at all. Bed was abit lumpy. Not alot of lighting - fridge area hard to see to make a coffee.

Clean and meet all needs. There was a restaurant. Lots of room for parking. Accommodation was handy to shops and other ammenities.

The room was clean but there was a strong smell of bleach or another type of cleaning product. Other people kept parking in the area I thought was designated for my room.
