ROOM 9 Very clean and presentable. Large bathroom/shower and toilet facilities (I had my mother come to stay with me who was frail). Appreciated the ground floor bc she couldn't walk up the stairs, and I forgot to ask for ground floor. (Perhaps that is a question you could put in your booking requests if not already done so) I got a little lost looking for the place on gps, and then had a very helpful phone call from staff checking to see where I was, since it was 1/2 hour overdue book in time. He was very nice and welcoming. Great sound proofing overall from street and other guest noise.- even from the unit above. Airconditioning was beautiful. I also liked that I was able to book 2 months ahead with the option of cancelling closer to xmas time and paying at a time I chose to pay.

I must have misinterpreted the photo of the single and double beds on the site, or maybe not read it properly, but I was expecting it was two bedrooms , not one whole living area. However, it suited our overall needs. , One time there was an engine noise (or ? laundry) vibrating sound coming into the single bed head area, (not the double surprisingly). It didn't last for a long time, thank goodness, (otherwise I would have had to pull my bed away from the wall). I only experienced this once. I could not get the flash microwave to work- it just needs some basic instructions somewhere easy to find for travelers with tired eyes.

Unit was Spacious and had individual rooms. Air con in each room and in living area. Tidy and clean. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. Staff was friendly. Liked that there was a door that separated the rooms from the living area. bathroom and laundry.separated via door also. Two toilets. One in bathroom and one separate near laundry.

2 Towels (different colours and older towels) were hung up over the window shutters as some louvers were missing. Thinking a sheet or a curtain would have been nicer. There is no vent in the kitchen so room got very smokey when cooking and we opened the door and as there was no screen the room quickly filled with flies. So highly recommend a range hood or air vent. No hand towel in bathroom.(we forgot to ask for one when we spoke to staff) Showel gel was empty.(but was refilled when spoke with staff).

The gentleman that checked us in was very friendly. The size of the apartment was fantastic, providing everything we required for our stay. I think in comparison to other hotels/motels in the area the value for money and quality of product exceeds others. These are definitely the choice when it comes to housing a family that wants multiple rooms and beds at a competitive rate. The location is also super convenient - walking distance to food options, shops and park. The apartment was also very clean.

If you could assess some of the pillows and replace them, I think this would make a huge difference. Some of the pillows were fantastic and very supportive, others felt a bit worn. My only other comment would be about patrons from the Red Lion yelling and screaming late at night (only happened on the Friday night we were there) as they walk past the apartments. Unfortunately, this isn't anyone's fault, but something I would keep in mind for next time by closing windows and turning the aircon on.

Walking distance and close vicinity to Rockhampton central. Beds were well set. Kitchen was a bonus. Clean, neat and tidy. Cutlery adequate. Dining area adequate, TV had several channels include paid TV. Lots of info and directory to find our way. Lots to see in Rockhampton, couldnt fault it. Looking for interesting history, scenery, botanics, excellent place to come with hidden gems

Somewhat smaller than mentioned 76m2. No areas in bathroom to hold personal items. Kitchen bowls, collander lack. May need to include in apartment. May need to bit of an upgrade of TV.

Awesome 2 bedroom unit, Clean and tidy suited us very comfortable, nice full kitchen which was great as a family. We couldn't fault the place overall, Close enough to the CBD area and a nice pub and the usual takeaways within a few minutes walk.

Only came across a few small issues with our stay. The Oven needed cleaning, it looked clean but was greasy. Heavy rain came in under the back door into the laundry on 2 of the nights with the storms we were having in the evenings. We also did a towel wash although we thought that maybe the towels would be atleast changed once within our 7 day stay.

Can’t rate this place higher if we tried! The huge room, the food, the atmosphere of the restaurant, the hospitality from all the beautiful staff and owner. We ate multiple meals here at all times of the day and I’m still craving going back for more. THIS is the place to stay in Rocky!! Thank you all for making a sad occasion for a family funeral a little bit easier to deal with knowing we had your beautiful venue to stay and congregate in. You are all legends!!

If we are gonna be picky, the beds. We booked 3 rooms and each of us mentioned the only let down was the mattress. Easy fix, the rest of our amazing stay made up for it.

This place is always fabulous. We use it as an overnight stop on long drives. It is slightly more expensive than the highway motels, but I find it more than worth it for the increase in comfort. I could happily stay here for a week. Clean, new, comfortable, great facilities. I feel like the extra price is offset by having a kitchen in which we can make some cereal/toast, saving us on spending a fortune on breakfast somewhere up the road. Staff are also really nice people.

Super clean and fresh. Everything new. Looked like just built or renovated. Good location. Great kitchenette and everything you need provided. Friendly reception with helpful restaurant advice. Off street parking. Really liked the placed, your money will be well spent here.

Just observations for possible improvement … not so much dislikes! We were located in disabled downstairs apartment - really could do with a couple of towel rails within the bathroom. Bedside tables were good, the addition of a power point / extension lead or something would be helpful for overnight phone charging etc on the right hand bed side. Not a deal breaker though!

Outstanding apartment. Good large sized fridge. The living areas and bedrooms are spacious and clean. The WiFi internet was easy to connect to and lot's of signal always available. The bedding is professionally cleaned and adds that little extra touch of the feeling of brand new linen. The staff were friendly and helpful upon arrival. The location is literally a 5min walk from Central park and is very convenient to go shopping and explore Rockhampton.

Noting to fault.

Very clean and modern. Very good sized studio, plenty of room for a porta cot and for the kids to move around. Great for a one night stop. The beds were also comfortable.

Very noisy corridor which just echoed everything. The corridor light was quite bright coming in through the gaps around the door. Poor air flow in room. It was very stuffy especially after a shower. No hand towel provided. Also no towel provided for baby if travelling with baby
