Check in was very fast and easy and the lady at the front was smiling and kind. The rom was clean and a comfortable size. I liked that there was 2 TV's since the room was an unusual layout (we definitely could not have shared a TV). We liked the location to the Leagues Club where we walked for dinner.

The car park was also very tight with lots of bollards/poles which makes it tricky for bigger cars. There was definitely traffic noise that we noticed more at night/early morning, but that was to be expected given the location - it wasn't unbearable.

The staff were very accommodating, last minute I had to stay another night they were went out of their way to ensure I could stay. It was clean and well maintained. The motel is nice and close to every thing

There was a book in my room saying buffet breakfast from 6-8am Tuesday - Friday and to enter through reception. I got to reception at 6am on Thursday and reception was closed with a sign saying reception opens at 7am, looked through the window and the restaurant had all its lights off too. Not sure what was going on there but didn’t get to enjoy the buffet breakfast

Villa Capri is my accommodation of choice in Rockhampton. It is sufficiently close to the CBD, the river, the railway station (1.5 km) and the Leagues Club to meet all my requirements. And more importantly is clean and functional, and surprisingly quiet - given that it is right on the Gladstone Road. When we realised I wouldn't be able to meet the check in time, the staff were super patient and accommodating of my late check in.

Just an observation - NOT A COMPLAINT - is that the booking.com site says check in closes at 2100. It closes at 2000.

Room was upgraded to a family room. Kitchen will good size and full-size fridge - which was great to put freezer blocks in when travelling. bed was comfortable but a bit low. didn't need to use the air conditioning, but noise travelled through the window. bathroom was also roomy and good amenities. short walk to the Leagues Club for dinner.

Parking was a bit tight as very busy weekend with no vacancies. Right on main road, so a little nosiy when the road trains/trucks went through town.

I love the cleanliness of our room and everything on the property! My family and I have been to Rocky too many times and, so far, Villa Capri has been by far the best motel we’ve stayed at. This stay was the second time we’ve booked through VC, and both times we have stayed here have been great. The room we stayed in recently is one of my top two favourite rooms out of all the rooms we’ve stay in (from Brisbane to Rocky), and my children loved it as well! I cannot fault the lovely service from front desk to room service. Thank you, A very satisfied customer.

It wasn’t really a dislike, but it would be great to be able to have a designated car park.

We stayed in the deluxe queen room with 2 single beds. Loved that the single beds were in a separate area of the room. Loved that there was a table and chairs in the room as well as a sink to do dishes. Separate toilet and shower in the bathroom. Beds were comfortable. Nice and clean. Air conditioners worked well. One in each section of the room. Close to the Rockhampton League's Club and other fast food within walking distance.

As the motel is on the main road it is noisy from the traffic. Car parking is a little tight.

Absolutely stunning! We were very lucky to be upgraded to an apartment on arrival. The staff were amazing and so great to talk to! Such a lovely place and so much space for 6 of us! The kids all had beds and their own bathroom. We even had a media room. Such a great way to end the school holidays. Plenty of parking and so close to food shops. Thank you so much! Highly recommend!

Everything was amazing :D Wonderful staff that went above & beyond to make our stay the best it possibly could be. Very clean room, amazing shower pressure, excellent fast wi-fi, beds were very comfortable, great size rooms, room had everything we needed & more, very quiet, sparkling clean pool, close to everything you need. We have travelled a lot and this is the best motel we have stayed in by far. Definitely value for money! Thankyou for the great stay and we will definitely be back, can not recommend this place enough.

Nice and clean. Lots of dining options close by. The receptionist was so friendly and polite. Noting was too much bother.

There seemed to be water running behind the wall of our bed throughout the night which made us get up to check it wasn’t in our room. The cleaners must have thought we had left and went to come in to our room early in the morning which gave us a bit of a fright.

A nice comfortable walk down to the river & restaurants at this time of year. If you don't want to walk there's a leagues club across the street.

We stayed for 2 nights; there's a little bit of road noise. To be expected though beside a highway. The rooms are well soundproofed so it didn't bother me & I had a good night's sleep. I would definitely stay again.
