The staff here are excellent! Family run business and willing to do whatever they can to make your stay as easy as possible! We were up in Rockhampton from out of town for the birth of our child, and due to certain circumstances out of our control we needed to reschedule our stay for nearly a week later! Not only did the staff accommodate but they did not charge us any extra for the room. Then after the baby was born they even came round and asked us how the family was doing.

After reading reviews, I was very sceptical. But am pleased to say that I have no idea what the negative reviews were talking about because I found the room great. For the price, I found the room exceeded my expectations. Beds were comfortable, modern and well kept. Plenty of shower soap, shampoo and conditioner available, free wifi that was reasonably fast and conveniently located within walking distance to a Malaysian takeaway and a servo. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Aircon was cold and the water pressure in the shower was great. Overall I would stay again and recommend to others.

Phone service was not available in my room but it was not an issue as the free wifi mitigated that problem. Only one teaspoon in the room for tea/coffee and no cutlery or plates available. Not a big issue but could use a few sets.

I used Cosmopolitan as a way stop on my way to a destination further North and for a stop after a long day of road travel, I found this establishment great for my needs. Right next door was a fuel station, together with a Restaurant across the road from the fuel station. The location was suitable as it was on the edge of Rockhampton and was accessible travelling both to and from my intended destination. Rooms were clean and spacious for the single traveller.

Motel centrally located, clean rooms, effective air-con, decent size fridge in room. Parking space under cover and near room. Staff friendly and helpful.

Small issues like wrong tv remote, power socket not working. Air-con very loud. Furniture showing obvious signs of wear. Lots of traffic noise as situated on a main road. Calmed down during the night and got louder in morning rush hour, as would be expected. Had to ask for a plate and cutlery, they keep them in managers office as some guests steal them.

Rooms were clean and tidy. Overall I was surprised by how big the apartment was

To have some more bin bags left in the bin so I could change the bins. There was only one bin bag. I stayed with children and one was still in nappies and I needed to change the bin often. I was in and out a lot and didn’t ask for more bags myself.

the manager was exceptional in her welcome, care in showing me around the apartment and ensuring my comfort and familiarity with the workings of the place. She was available after hours when I had an issues with the tv remote and quick to respond providing a solution.

things beyond the control of the management such as traffic noise (near an intersection on a main road) and a neighbour that played 'dufduf' music from 5.30 am every day

My son was stuck due to flight cancellations because of floods on the mid north coast. They helped get a room ready for him as there was nothing available in town due to netball I believe . This was very much appreciated and we will be return customers when staying in Rocky

Location is great and handy to all necessities. Staff are friendly and always willing to go above and beyond. The pool and amenities are maintained to top standards and they have lovely dessert roses in pots as well as maintained gardens

Friendly and helpful staff. Room clean and beds comfortable. Great location close to all amenities. We will stay again if we need to. Another happy guests will recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

There was no problem at all. Just love everything about this place.

The location is great. Close to everything, although Rockhampton isn’t a very big town.

The gym started classes with loud music at 4:50 of a morning. The dryer door was held together with a wad of tissue. A lot of the dishes were dirty and need to be re-washed and the doona for the bed had food and what appeared to be blood on it.
