Convenient, Very clean and tidy, parking right at the front door but very cramped, good mini fridge, microwave jug, toaster, tv, noise is expected for Rockhampton located right on the highway but what do you expect for a budget motel.

Having a parking spot at the door is ok but parking is very cramped, a full house would be some big problems especially if guests have large vehicles, but there is ample parking in the side street.

Stayed for an extra few days went very well the staff extremely nice I feel bad as I got locked out of my room 3 times during my stay😅 but nice quiet place and not being harassed by random people that you don't want to be harassed by

The pool was great, also proximity to a few things needed when you don’t have access to a car

Fridge was small but be ok if just overnight and going out for meals and only had two teaspoons (I left a knife and three forks and cheese cutter I purchased lol)

The female staff member we dealt with was amazing. Professional, polite, and very helpful. Cannot fault her one bit! Motel is good value for money. Perfect room for an overnight or short stay.

Parking is a bit of a tight fit. Once all guests have parked in their spots, it's slow going to navigate the parking area safely. Not all bad, though - On the upside-having my vehicle parked directly in front of my room was super helpful for unpacking/packing and for vehicle security throughout the night.

Room was comfortable and close to venue where I was daily and local shops.

Issues with cold water tap in shower too hard to turn on.

Cleanliness Friendly staff (helped me in after hours check in) Shower gel, Shampoo Clean bedsheet Enough towel provided Room service offered 1 king bed and 1 single bed (which would be very convenient for the family with 1 kid)

At first the owner was very polite but when I was parking my car to leave he was walking past my door and accused that is let my dog on the bed, was even going to charge me $100.00 for extra cleaning. So I’m thinking not so dog friendly after all.

The manager accusing me that I let my dog on the bed, he became quite aggressive and it upset me for the rest of the day.

We needed a room on short notice, and this was the best and most well priced option. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, price was good. I was happy. Have stayed there twice now and would stay again.
