The room spelt like Bleach, and after airing room out for a few hours it went, I understand you use it for cleaning but please don't put the air con while your cleaning. The pillow case was not cleaned it had (looked like) a blood spot on the case. Mold in the silicon work in the bathroom. And the shower head was clogged up (partner took it off an fixed it) was better now than before.

Welcoming reception staff with parking directly in front of room. Very clean spacious room with comfy king bed in separate room with large window overlooking park. Pleasantly surprised there was a microwave & toaster along with typical jug and bar fridge. Ask lovely Emma at front desk for crockery & cutlery if you're preparing food. Only mugs & tea spoons supplied in room along with tea/coffee/sugar/biscuits/milk and mini bar purchase items. Would happily stay here again :)

Road noise but that is the case with all the Rocky motels along the busy major A1

Motel exceeded expectations. The room was very clean which was a positive for me as I easily get allergies if there is a lot of dust. The bathroom was perfectly clean and it looked like all the amenities were well maintained. There was plenty of parking available on site. The motel is also across the road from a petrol station which makes it easy to get any small bits needed late at night. The bed was comfortable with the air con to the side which worked well and kept the room cool. There was plent of storage space and the wardrobes and cupboards were all very clean.

Nothing to dislike. Everything was in working order and very well maintained.

Loved the smart technology enabling us to access all our favourite tv apps. Loved the big tv, the big room, the big spa, the big comfy bed and the big fridge. Also enjoy the pool (we didn’t swim in this time but have enjoyed in the past).

Wish we could had a microwave and maybe basic cutlery and crockery. There is a slightly damp smell when you first enter the room, might just need some air freshener.

The location is great and is really close to Aldi and a servo making it extremely convenient. The staff were lovely.

The pool was gross, but it wasn't so much to do with the establishment and more to do with the guests who used it just before us. They had left it an absolute mess. But I don't doubt that the staff would have cleaned it as soon as they noticed, as they are pretty on the ball.

The lady at reception was very welcoming and so friendly. We had come to Rockhampton for a hospital visit for my husband so she gave us a bigger room. I was not expecting a one bedroom unit that was roomy and comfortable. Great shower also. Location is close to the hospital with Aldi across the road.

The bed was a bit hard. A mattress topper would make the bed a bit softer.

Everything. Very clean too. Room set up was an absolute winner. Staff were amazing and very attentive. Went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Was nice to have a restaurant there with nice home cooked food rather than having takeout every night.

Can’t fault it actually. Except, couldn’t find a recycling bin so I took mine with me

The disability chair when my husband went to use had to adjust legs and had mould on bottom legs. There was no exhaust fan in bathroom? Which my husband pointed out that not working so when having shower was a bit of worry

Was close to the train station. Was exactly what I was after, simple room with the basics. The room was clean and tidy, beds were comfy, air con worked and had a great shower. The staff were helpful when I spoke to them and had everything sorted for me as we arrived late at night.

Nothing that I didn't like.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful we especially enjoyed the restaurant and breakfast, the food was absolutely delicious. Thanks to all the staff that made our stay an enjoyable one. Regards Waine and Wendy.

The only drawback was the traffic noise but that's what happens when you are next to a highway, but no trouble falling asleep.
