These apartments are sound proof! Lovely and roomy. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. They have updated power points that have usb connections perfect for when you have forgotten your charger!!

The laundry area was dusty and the pillows were nice but felt like they were full of air and they wouldnt deflate! (Hard to explain) I had a sore neck from them.

The initial highlight of our stay was the positive and attentive service from the staff, along with transparent communication regarding prices and services. On a note of improvement, the kitchen light requires replacement as it is currently not functional. Please bring this to the attention of the management for prompt resolution.

I stayed in a 3-bedroom apartment. The location was good. It was on the highway, but I couldn't hear the highway noise from my room. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The reception staff accommodated an additional request I had and were very easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay there again.

Car scraped on driveway and road is elevated which required extreme caution to exit and enter with our low profile car. We think the fridge may not be cooling down enough, drinks didn't get cold.

Spacious, clean and tidy. It was absolutely relaxing, my family really enjoyed their stay. The staff was such beautiful people who made our stay comfortable ya don’t get that often especially being of colour. Thank you whole heartedly for making my family feel welcome 😊

The kids couldn’t connect to the wifi so I had to connect my phone also would’ve liked to have Netflix in main bedroom other than that there’s nothing else I could think of!!

Very friendly staff at reception. Apartment was spacious and very clean. Beds and linen lovely. Quiet location despite near main road. Pool was a great bonus. Would definitely stay again. Lock up separate garage was also a bonus.

The facilities met our expectations and the bed was super comfortable.

The cleanness was questionable. The soap dish in the shower was not cleaned properly as it still had soap on it from previous use. There was food in the top of the pantry. A opened bag of corn chips and a bottle of oil. There were also a lot of ants on the bench’s which made it difficult to prepare food. The cook ware wasn’t the best to use either as it had a lot of wear and tear and underneath and down down the side of the washing mashing was not cleaned at all.

Great location and facility. Easy check-in, parking undercover and at the door. Really comfortable and clean. We were a group of 4 so the two bedroom with living room and dining table was perfect for us.

I can't actually fault the service or the facility.

The staff were friendly and the apartment was very clean there was a carport for us to use witch was handy not having to unload the car . dmax with allow tray fits just witch usually dosn`t happen. plenty of cooking gear etc, Beds were good would be a good place for a longer stay.

We love everything about Apartments on Palmer, room size and space is wonderful. All the amenities you could need & close to everything we need when in Rockhampton.
