Wonderful location across from Tannum Sands Beach that has a great walking path, a beautiful park picnic area and also the local surf club is almost next door with great meals. The beach is right there its a hidden gem I think Its a comfortable clean well presented motel. Good value for money, guest laundry complimentary

Perhaps a little dated but had everything you need and good value for money

I love the views! I would have to say Tannum sands is a beautiful area. Queen room was enough for 3 people. Not sure if they realised the couch folds out? Close to everything you need. Pool area was great with a bbq, toilets and showers.

Didn't make the extra bed but did supply everything for it. Need face washes. Made the beds and empty bins but didn't replace towels. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash refil containers need cleaning. Limited cutlery and broken utensil.

Modern, clean, comfy bed and lounge chair, good tv, verandah overlooking large pool and sea views over the trees. Great air con. Microwave and kitchenware was handy. I liked that the new fridge, although only small, had a separate freezer so I could freeze my ice packs ready for the next day of travelling. Friendly staff.

A box of tissues would have been handy but otherwise everything spot on.

Location is everything. Being right near the beach is the best trait of this place. You can enjoy a good day out while leaving your car parked at the motel. The rooms are spacious enough and my room had a great view of the swimming pool.

The parking can be a little tight. The main room light wasn’t overly bright so could be a problem for some who want to read.

We only stayed one night as it was a stopover. Very nice view of the beach. The end parking spot was good for us as we were able to park our Prado and access our room, on the end, easily. Surprisingly quiet. We went the Tannum Sands Hotel up the road for dinner and had a very good meal.

I would have liked a second key. It powered the light switch. When one person needed to go one direction and one in another, it would helped to have a key each.

Great location. Check in was efficient & pleasant. Facilities were great for the price. Location could not be better. Maybe 50m to the beach. 100m to the Surf Club for a meal. Courtesy coach available to the local hotel. Cleaning staff were happy & polite in the morning. Pool was clean & right at our back door. Very relaxing last night away for our 1 week holiday.

Last morning (3rd) some tiny ants were on the bench in the kitchenette… they were noticed before they got into anything

This motel room had it all with a lovely view of the ocean from our room and patio. Kettle and toaster for a early cup of coffee. Just a little walk to a cafe the Truffle Pig for lunch or dinner and drinks. Our room overlooked a beautiful park we could walk down to which had BBQ and lots of tables to sit with the most beatiful gardens and it was on the beach. The best council gardens I have ever seen. Surf club was also there and was open for dinner and maybe lunch. Great value for this room and location.

Location was great. Close proximity to beach and nice walks. Pub and shops within walking distance. Very clean and comfortable room.

There was no BBQ as advertised and smokers tended to congregate in the downstairs bbq table area. That was ok but the smoke drifted up to our room so we couldn’t leave the doors open and get the sea breezes.

Location was amazing. Staff just beautiful. Older 2000's style room but they were immaculate amd the bed was so comfortable. Pool was sparkling and plenty of room outside to relax. Will be our new go to when visiting.
